Off the living area, you’ll find a separate sitting room overlooking the backyard with a comfortable sofa, a rocking chair, and a flatscreen TV. Dogs are welcome in this home.



Just off the back deck are chaise lounge chairs and a built-in hot tub for added enjoyment.

Please note E-bikes are not allowed.



Other Things to Note:

Please be aware that the Plantations and Condominium Complexes do not allow trailers, motor homes, motorcycles and/or recreational vehicles and rooftop cargo (i.e. Kayaks, Canoes etc.) other than car top Carriers. Electric bikes are not permitted in the Plantations.
