Located in the resort community of Shipyard Plantation, this condo offers convenient on-site access to a range of amenities including a world-class tennis center, bike/pedestrian paths, and 27 holes of championship golf. You'll also find a selection of dining, shopping, and entertainment options just a mile away at Coligny Plaza. Or you can head just a little bit further to the Village at Wexford for even more eateries and boutique shops. For a unique interactive museum experience, head to Sandbox. The whole family can have some fun at Pirate's Island Adventure Golf. The historic Harbour Town Lighthouse is also just a short drive from the condo. The Shipyard Plantation Beach Club boasts a host of private, oceanfront amenities and beach access just a short drive from the condo.

Beautiful Home in a Great Location

Us, my in-laws, and our 4 month old stayed at this beautiful townhome in Hilton Head. The condo was clean and it was the perfect size for the 5 of us! The larger bedroom was a great size to also have a pack and play for our baby and still be able to move around comfortably. The location was wonderful and was only a few minute drive to Coligny and all the shops, restaurants, and the beach! We would absolutely stay here again.

Hilton Head is Awesome

We really enjoyed our stay at the Shipwreck neighborhood. Very close to Coligny Park. Can walk or bike ride there. Beautiful golf course, fishing lake, wildlife, alligators. They have it all. House is clean and well stocked. Double King beds with bathrooms in each bedroom. We loved this stay. Thanks

Great location, clean and responsive management team

We really appreciated the cleanliness of this unit, and it was exactly as advertised. It wasn't the most beautifully decorated unit (kitchen not updated, for example) but it was comfortable, a great location within Shipyard, and affordable for two sisters on a weekend getaway. We would rent again. And we loved working with Vacasa. They are a responsive, professional and friendly team.

Loved it. This was a great place to stay for our family of 5. Washer and Dryer came in handy so we didn’t have to leave with dirty clothes. The kitchen was nicely stocked for simple meals. The location is perfect to access shopping. It’s was just 7 mins from private access to the beach. My kids didn’t want to leave! We would stay again in the future.

Comfortable Home in a Quiet Location

Vacasa‘s communication was excellent and the staff were very helpful. We loved the location, quiet but a walk, bike ride or short drive away from the beach and anything else you might want. The house is well appointed and comfortable for two couples. Many upgrades have been done. The one drawback would be the kitchen range - it is functional but in need of replacement. In spite of that we highly recommend this property and hope to return soon.

The actual home & it's location are very good and I recommend them. It is clean, specious, peaceful and lovely location. Some of the Vacasa staff are remarkably unhelpful, especially when it comes to parking. Other Vacasa staff were good and helpful. However, I think it is important to specifically note some of the Vacasa staff are remarkably unhelpful with things like parking since prior reviews have also noted this and Vacasa has yet to fully improve this.

Terrible

I was so disappointed no one knew anything about property, these is a gated community and everyone argued and assured me it wasn’t I repeated my self many time and no one tried to research and find truth I couldn’t get on the property because of no parking pass and was on the phone 3.5 hrs trying to convince people to listen to me that it was gated. The ac vent had no filter and was so dirty that dirt and dust was falling all over you. Back door wouldn’t lock need a new one never got fixed, door to laundry room was hanging off and almost fell on my husband which is disabled. This was so bad, we didn’t enjoy the time
