Guest Access:
Guests have full private access to The Carriage House, including all interior living spaces and the private entrance. Outdoor seating areas are available for guests to relax and enjoy the property. The on-site pool is private and not accessible to guests. A fire pit experience is available for a $25 setup fee; we will fully prepare, light, and manage the fire so you can simply relax and enjoy.

The Carriage House offers approximately 2,000 square feet of comfortable two-story living. The main level features a spacious living room with a 65-inch TV, a dedicated dining area, and a convenient kitchenette. The primary bedroom includes a king-size bed and 50-inch TV, with a full bathroom featuring a walk-in shower nearby.

Upstairs, guests will find a cozy second bedroom with a full-size bed, an additional full bathroom with shower, a dedicated office/workspace, and a full-size washer and dryer. The layout provides privacy and flexibility, ideal for couples, small families, or extended stays.

The Carriage House is conveniently located in Downtown Dade City with access to local bus stops within walking distance. Rideshare services such as Uber and Lyft are readily available, along with local taxi services. Car rentals are available in the surrounding area for longer stays. Please note there is a nearby train track, and occasional trains may be heard during your stay.
