The kitchen is equipped with all the essential appliances and utensils you need to prepare delicious meals during your stay. When it’s time to rest, you will find in the home three cozy and comfortable bedrooms that offer a peaceful night’s sleep. Each bedroom is equipped and features comfortable furnishings and ample storage space to help you feel right at home. The 2 bathrooms are new, modern and well maintained.

The home is located near both St. Leo University and Pasco Hernando State College. The home is also centrally located to many attractions such as skydiving at Skydive City, Busch Gardens, iFLY Tampa, Epperson Lagoon as well as many more other attractions.
