Die Ferienwohnung Rosa Náutica La Herradura in Almuñécar beeindruckt durch ihre fantastische Aussicht. Das Gebäude liegt direkt am Strand und bietet von jeder Ecke aus einen atemberaubenden Blick auf das Meer. Das 160 m² große Ferienhaus besteht aus einem Wohnzimmer, einer sehr gut ausgestatteten Küche, 3 Schlafzimmern und 3 Bädern, von denen eines mit einer Badewanne, die beiden anderen mit Duschen ausgestattet sind, sowie einem Gäste-WC. Somit können 6 Personen untergebracht werden. Zur Ausstattung gehören außerdem Wi-Fi ist für Videoanrufe geeignet, eine Klimaanlage in der gesamten Wohnung (Warm- und Kaltluft), eine Waschmaschine, ein Trockner sowie ein TV. Darüber hinaus stehen Ihnen ein gemeinsamer Fitnessraum, Fitnessgeräte und eine gemeinsame Sauna zur Verfügung.

Das Ferienhaus verfügt über einen privaten Außenbereich mit Gartenmöbeln, einer offenen Terrasse und einem Balkon. Die Unterkunft hat Zugang zu einem gemeinsamen Außenbereich mit zwei Außenpools, von denen einer beheizt ist und die beide ganzjährig geöffnet sind, einem Whirlpool, einem Kinderpool und einer Außendusche. Das Ferienhaus bietet Ihnen auch einen gemeinschaftlichen Innenpool, der beheizt ist und das ganze Jahr über geöffnet ist.

Die nächsten Restaurants und Cafés sind 5-10 Autominuten entfernt (3,5 km) und Bars und ein Supermarkt sind in 10-15 Autominuten zu erreichen (6 km). Die Unterkunft ist eine 20-minütige Fahrt vom Strand Playa de Venus entfernt (8,2 km) und der Flughafen Gibraltar ist 75 Minuten vom Haus entfernt (84 km).

Kostenlose Parkplätze sind in einer Garage und auf dem Gelände der Unterkunft vorhanden.

Best view in Marbella

Property was excellent as was the view. One needs a car, which we knew beforehand, planned for and was a reason to rent the unit. Beach and the ALDI supermarket are very convenient. So quiet that one can hear the flapping of bird wings as they fly by. Only suggestion would be to provide 2 keys rather than 1 as guests do not always do the same things or are not always together.

Pros: The apartment is ideally located if you want to be close to the action but not in the midst. Close enough for a quick drive to the beach, shops, restaurants and peaceful enough for some relaxing time. The apartment itself has stunning views, very nice outdoor furniture. Would benefit from a few umbrellas for the hot afternoon sun but other than that it’s amazing. Inside very comfortable, clean and spacious. The owners were very communicative and helpful in every way. All in all a delightful stay and we would LOVE to stay here again and can recommend this place highly for a memorable holiday.

Pros: The penthouse is located on a perfect spot in the resort offering privacy, a stunning view, and still everything within the resort is close by. The penthouse and the very large terrace are smartly designed, offering sun and shade and enough space for everyone. The resort is quiet, the pool area, gym, and sauna are kept in perfect shape and are very clean. We were not only impressed by the Penthouse and its facilities but also very surprised by the different possibilities this area offers. Shopping, cultural events, leisure, large choice of different beaches, nightlife and last but not least; there are uncountable possibilities to go land inward on hikes (by foot or bike) through nature and road trips. It surpassed our expectations. We will come back for sure, there is so much more to see and to do.

Pros: The Penthouse in Samara was exactly what we needed for our vacation and more beautiful and luxurious than we imagined. The location is ideal and the view is breathtaking (unobstructed views of the Mediterranean to Gibraltar and Africa on a clear afternoon, with spectacular sunsets). It is large (the pictures shown on the website does not do it justice) and very comfortable for 6 people, is furnished with taste and is spotlessly clean. The kitchen has all necessary equipment, plenty of towels and linens came with our rental and bedding was clean and new. The three swimming pools gave us all the choices that we wanted and having few other guests at the villas, we had all the privacy and peace we could wish for. As a penthouse, it had windows on all four sides and a wrap around terrace.... light and breezy. Communication with Flavia was very pleasant and efficient. Marbella city is a quick drive down the hill and an enormous shopping center is less than 15 minutes away. The fact that the apartment is located 5 minutes away from the hospital was rather convenient, since we had a medical emergency during our stay...Despite that incident, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this apartment to anyone coming to visit Costa del Sol. We look forward to coming back again.

Pros: We stayed at the Penthouse with my family (wife and 2 young children) and my mother. What an amazing time we had. The Penthouse is absolutely beautiful and finished to a high standard. Both pool areas are gorgeous and perfect for sunbathing round the pool. The complex has 24h security and the you have your private (underground) parking lot. The Penthouse is very spacious and has very big terras and has the most stunning view. I would say this is the best apartment of the whole complex. The Penthouse was very clean and fresh when we arrived and due to no back booking, we could even enter the Penthouse a bit earlier then possible (thank you again for that :-)). We had all the items we could wish for and everything works as you expect it would. The kitchens has all equipment and items you need to make a quick snack a 3 course meal. The decoration and furniture is well maintained and this really made the experience complete! We really felt at home, and it was really relaxing to sit outside, listen to some jazz music and watch the sun set. The welcome was warm and the functioning of the house was explained in detail in English and in a very kind manner. Throughout the house you are reminded how particular things work and the manual also explained a lot. All in all Flavia and Eric remained caring and professional for all our questions and desires from the begin to the end. We look forward to coming back here again in the future! Thanks again Falvia and Eric.

Wonderful Stay in Marbella

This was our first visit to Marbella and can say we will most definitely be back. I was nervous about the location, but it turned out to be just perfect. Short drive to the main areas of interest, but off the cut enough that we could enjoy the downtime as well. We absolutely LOVED being up in the mountains and definitely recommend renting a car. The Aldi off the highway exit was amazing and had everything we needed. Already looking to come back next year and we had an amazing time!

Coup de cœur pour la magnifique terrasse

Nous avons eu vraiment un séjour parfait. Au départ nous avons trouvé que la route était longue et sinueuse pour se rendre mais on s’est habitué et la vue de là haut en vaut le coup vraiment. On a eu de beau moment sur la magnifique terrasse. Comme d’autres l’on déjà spécifié, ça serait bien d’avoir quelques parasols par contre pour certains moments se la journée ou il y fait trop chaud. Sinon le condo est vraiment super. Très grands, bien équipé, propre. Nous étions 4 adultes et 2 enfants et très bien installés. Par contre, une fois la haut ça prend du courage pour redescendre sortir en ville le soir après une journée de visite. Aucun resto proche. Les épiceries non plus (15-20 min de route sinueuse à faire pour se rendre). On fini par s’habitué mais soyez conscient de ce point. Le complexe de condo Samara est vraiment top. De belles piscines. C’est propre. On reviendra cest sur. On y garde de très bons souvenir.

Pros: Anything anyone could say negatively about this apartment would honestly only be nitpicking, from arrival to departure, this was a fantastic experience enjoyed by the whole family. Flavia’s apartment was spotless, well equipped with everything you would need for any length of stay, and would do a body good in terms of the most amazing view and silence . To sit on the amazing terrace every morning for breakfast, sunbathing all day and relaxing at night, we definitely spent most of our day outside here...arrival at the complex was great, super helpful security man on gate, parking is directly under the apartment, and just use emergency door a few steps further and you are at the lift outside the apartment, I say this as we first thought the locked door marked with the apartment number was the entrance to apartment, it’s not but frustrating to be trying keys and they not working. Inside the apartment lots of space for our party of 5, only thing I’d say about outdoor furniture was because there were only 3 sun beds, maybe a few more would be nice, we just did a first up got the sun bed solution!!! We actually spent most of our time lying on the super terrace, there’s a fantastic breeze up here and if you open all the doors in the morning the apartment stays beautifully cool all day. Have to also mention, the beds are the most comfortable I’ve ever slept on anywhere ever, Flavia as a host is definitely one of the nicest we’ve ever come across, from the very welcome food left in the fridge to allowing us stay later on departure day, this was so appreciated as we weren’t flying until midnight and made the overall experience so much more pleasant and enjoyable for us - I wouldn’t hesitate to book this apartment again and the lovely experience we had with the host just cements this. You would definitely need a car to enjoy your stay in samara, but realistically once you have one it’s no more than a 15 min drive to the heart of Marbella, a few mins more to Puerto Banus, it’s easily accessible to lots of shops and a huge shopping center- there’s actually no shops or restaurants in the area within walking distance so a car is essential- really nothing more to add, if you want a relaxing break in a stunning location with every luxury from home - then Flavia’s apartment is the place to be!!

Pros: Wij hadden enkele beoordelingen gelezen, dus wij hadden toch wel wat verwachtingen. Deze werden meer dan ingelost. Ongelooflijk goed gelegen, enorme terrassen met zon van 's morgens tot 's avonds, schitterend uitzicht op Marbella, Gibraltar en Afrika. Zeer mooi uitgeruste penthouse met een modern interieur, netjes en gezellig. Rustig en geen last van buren. Goede bedden .... wat toch ook heel belangrijk is. Verschillende badkamers en inloopdouches. Zeer goede communicatie met eigenares en veel nuttige info over locatie, restaurants, uitstappen, etc .... Kortom een zeer mooie penthouse op een zeer mooie en rustige locatie. Wij keren zeker terug.

Pros: Wir haben Urlaub über Silvester 2015/16 in diesem traumhaften Penthouse gemacht. Die Wohnung ist exakt wie beschrieben und sehr zu empfehlen. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen und wir werden mit Sicherheit nochmal wieder kommen. Der Kontakt zu den Eigentümern ist sehr nett und immer kompetent gewesen !
