Worth every penny

Beautiful villa, amazing hosts accomodated us a very short due to being let down by another villa. They were prompt with communication and organising everything, our stay was great from check in through to check out. Im certain we will book again.

Nice villa

We enjoyed our stay in the villa. Only the beds were old and cheap, this should be changed. Pillows are way too small and old. Pool is nice, the villa and garden are well maintained.

Great Location

Location was great and the outside space really good. Overall internally the villa is just very tired looking. It needs a really good update and refresh. As previously mentioned by another reviewer, the beds/bedding weren't the best. On a positive the wifi was excellent!

Great villa at the pricepoint

Some of the furniture in the living room seemed a little worn out, but everything was clean. The outdoor area was great, wifi worked fine, nice roomy bathrooms. Neighbors were not at all delicate as can sometimes be the case in southern europe. Despite being located a little far from Puerto Banus, or Marbella, it was easy and fairly cheap to grab a cab or uber these areas. I'd say walking distance from smaller supermarkets for basic necessities, yet if you look for something bigger you will need a ride. Hard to find anything like it at this pricepoint. We had a great trip:)

Die Villa liegt in einer ruhigen Umgebung und hat einen herrlich grossen Garten mit einem wunderschönen Pool. Die Einrichtung ist umfangreich und sauber jedoch etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Der Kontakt mit dem Gastgeber war immer sehr freundlich und auch die Übergabe vor Ort hat wunderbar geklappt.

Ganz toll

Super schönes Haus mit traumhafter Gartenanlage und eigenem Pool. Toller Ausgangspunkt für all unsere Aktivitäten. Die Besitzer sind sehr bemüht und freundlich. Belle maison avec piscine privée

Très grande maison avec pisicine privée. Correspond aux photos de l'annonce. Tout le nécessaire sur place, linges, serviettes, cuisine bien équipée... Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine dans cette maison, y retournerons avec plaisir. Les seuls points que je dirais "négatifs" seraient: voiture nécessaire pour tout, manque un lit double dans la chambre principale, canapé du salon vieillot et abîmé. Manque de parasols sur la terrasse. Sinon tout était parfait.

Concernant le manque de parasols sur la terrasse, nous avons acheté un grand parasol supplémentaire afin de créer un espace extérieur plus confortable et ombragé. Nous espérons que cela rendra vos futurs séjours encore plus agréables. Nous comprenons également l'importance d'une chambre principale confortable et nous prenons note de votre souhait d'avoir un lit double dans cette pièce. Soyez assuré que nous étudions actuellement la possibilité d'améliorer cette chambre pour mieux répondre à vos attentes et à celles de nos futurs clients. Concernant le canapé vieillot et abîmé du salon, nous sommes désolés pour cette gêne. Nous prenons également en considération votre remarque à ce sujet et allons évaluer la meilleure solution pour offrir un espace de détente plus confortable dans le salon. Enfin, nous comprenons que la nécessité d'une voiture pour se déplacer peut être un inconvénient pour certains clients. Great villa

A group of seven of us stayed in this villa in September 2022. The villa is as shown in the photos. The pool, garden and outdoor eating space are all great. The surrounding area is nice and quiet, but well located for Puerto Banus and the various golf courses and other activities nearby. The local rep was very helpful and on hand to help with any issues.

Great value villa with great outside space

We rented the villa as two couples with two 2 year olds. The inside of the villa has good space, if a little tired, but we were not expecting luxury for the price of the villa and what is there is fine. The outside space is great, with a large garden, swimming pool with a safety fence around it, and a great socialising space on the patio. The management company were very friendly and responsive. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the villa.

Could have been amazing, but a mixed bag.

I’m finding it quite hard to review this villa, the contact with the owner has been brilliant and cannot fault that. However we had some serious issues with this villa, when we arrived we were not shown anything by the local representative meaning we didn’t even know which key opened which door or where the air conditioning unit was. We didn’t have any hot water for two and a half days and we didn’t have heating for three so this really put a dampener on our holiday. We even had to spend one of our days waiting in for the boiler man because the local representatives didn’t come to the villa as they said they would. Trying to get any sort of help from the local representatives is a joke. In general the villa was nice but very run down, lots of chairs were broken, the couch had rips in the fabric, the shutter is the bedroom didn’t work, stains on bedding etc. The pool was really dirty, we did ask for a net but we’re told we weren’t allowed one because that was the gardeners job. We only saw the gardener twice the entire time we were there so as you can imagine the pool got dirty quickly. We also had a serious issue with security, when we arrived we were not told what the security code was to the alarm system we were told we didn’t need to use it, so we never set it! On our second night we were woken up at 3am by a rude Spanish security guard telling us that we needed to tell him a code, when I explained to him we didn’t have it, he got very aggressive, asking for our passports and threatening to call the police. When we called the local representatives the next day our worries were just laughed at, as a group on seven females this was a very frightening experience and even to this day we still don’t know what happened. Despite being promised we would be informed on why the alarm malfunctioned. Overall, the villa could be lovely but the main issues of not having heating or hot water, as well as the issue with the alarm and the general run downess of the villa and the incompetence of the local representatives ruined it for us which is a real shame. The villa is in a great location just a short taxi ride from peurto banus and the neighboorhood is very quiet, so if your going to use this villa as a base and nothing else it would be fine. If, like us you wanted to spend most of the holiday in the villa you will be disappointed.

Hi Holly, Thank you for taking the time to write this feedback. The comfort and the peace of mind of the tenants is something crucial to me, so I'm sorry for what happened during your stay. The water boiler/heating system broke down when you arrived, and this is bad luck as we always check the system before any arrival and this time everything seemed fine. When we heard about the issue, we asked the heating specialist to come as fast as possible, but he needed to order a piece to repair the system. Concerning the complaints about our local representatives, I really have a mixed feeling as we've been working with them for years without any complaints from the tenants. They told me that they even took you and your friends to the 24-hour supermarket at almost midnight when you arrived and made no issue of answering your call at 3 am. Do you have any pictures of the dirty pool? The gardener has a list of all dates for guests staying in the villa to ensure everything to be in tip top condition upon their arrival. He assured me that the water in the pool was pristine. Finally, following your remark about the alarm, we have asked Prosegur to verify the whole installation and they found a box which was loose. It has now been fixed back in place securely, so the next tenants can stay safely at the villa. I'm happy you liked the great location of our villa and the quietness of the neighbourhood. Fantastic place, a real home from home 🏡

We were a group of 8, ages ranging from 15 to 49 and the villa met all our needs. I would thoroughly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a base to enjoy their holiday from or as somewhere to spend the whole holiday in.
