Renters will be issued parking placards which they and their guests must display on the driver’s side dashboard of their vehicles, that renters and their guests will be required to park only in designated parking areas, and that failure to park in designated parking areas and/or display the parking placards may result in a citation and fine of $500.

Quiet hours are designated between 9:00 pm and 8:00 am and will be strictly enforced.

With 4,400 square feet of living space, this luxurious home offers ample room to both relax and entertain. The expansive third floor has a lake-view living area with a wood-burning fireplace and a TV. The updated, well-appointed kitchen is equipped with everything you will need to prepare delectable meals, including a full suite of stainless steel appliances, a five-burner gas cooktop, granite countertops, and a breakfast nook.



The second floor is home to the elegant primary suite, which boasts a stunning lake view, a private sunroom, a living space with a TV, a walk-in closet, and an open bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower, soaking tub, and water closet. On this level, you'll also find three more bedrooms, two full bathrooms, hot tub access, and a laundry room with a washer/dryer, sink, and an iron and ironing board. The ground floor features a fully stocked game with pool and card tables, a 55' TV, and a kitchenette with a sink, microwave, and mini-fridge. The en suite bathroom connects to the bunkroom.
