Große 4-Zimmer das ganze Jahr über zu mieten. Mit der erstaunlichen Hinterhof für das ganze Jahr und Whirlpool im Freien diese BBQing ist das perfekte Zuhause für einen Urlaub. (Die Feuerstelle außerhalb ist nicht funktionsfähig) Sie sind auch in einer Umgebung, die den Zugang zum privaten Strand in Skyland hat. Die Küche ist geräumig und ist offen für das Wohnzimmer und Essbereich und verfügt über Schiebetüren, die auf den Hinterhof zu öffnen.
Auf der ersten Ebene ist die JR Master-Schlafzimmer 1 mit einem König und Badezimmer. Der Waschraum, der auch ein 1/2 Bad auf dem Flur. Schlafzimmer 2 verfügt über ein französisches und ein komplettes Badezimmer. Im Obergeschoss befindet sich 3 Schlafzimmer mit einem vollen und einem Etagenbett mit zwei oben und ganz unten. Schlafzimmer 4 ist der Meister und hat ein großes Bad mit Whirlpool und große eigene Dusche stand. Es ist ein Kingsize-Bett, Kamin und TV im Master. Die Garage ist auch ein Plus das ganze Jahr über. Mieter haben Zugang zu Parkplätzen in der Garage und können 2 Autos unterbringen.

Belegung:
1. Pro Grafschaft Regeln: Hochzeiten sind nicht von jeder Art und Größe, auf dem Grundstück oder im Haus erlaubt. Sie werden sofort abgeschaltet und wird die Kaution zu verlieren und werden zu mehr Strafen unterliegen.
2. Sie sind nur 12 Personen jederzeit im Haus erlaubt. Dies beinhaltet alle Abendessen oder Versammlungen, die Sie haben.
3. 5 Autos sind jederzeit im Haus erlaubt. Es gibt keine Straße parken pro Kreis und Brandschutzvorschriften. Bei Nichtbeachtung führt zum Verlust der Kaution führen.
4. Bitte helfen Sie uns, unser Haus ein Ferienhaus zu halten. Lärmschutzverordnung 22.00 bis 7:00 Uhr täglich auf und ist in dieser Gegend sehr streng.

Amazing house, great location, great private lake entrance!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Firstly, this house is stunning. It was spotless, spacious, and accommodating. My friends and I had a girls' weekend here, and it fit all 9 of us. The location couldn't get any better, and the private lake entrance was just a 5-minute walk or a 1-minute drive away. This was a quiet, private beach that had plenty of shade and picnic benches. The backyard was the highlight, with a nice hot tub deck area to enjoy morning coffee in. The cleanup was easy, and we did not feel like we were missing any kitchenware. The only negative thing I have to say about the house is the uncomfortable beds. Many of us had a hard time sleeping on the firm mattresses that felt very old. One of our friends ended up sleeping on the couch, which was way more comfortable than her bed. Luckily, we are all young, so we could manage a few nights of this.Thank you for such a great stay! I would come back for the weekend!

The house was clean and comfortable. The accessibility to private lake shores was the icing on the cake. The house had a fully equipped kitchen and the rooms were spacious. We were a 10-15 minute drive to the state line, which was perfect for us, as we did not have to deal with the heavy weekend traffic. There are many adventures to be had, that will take some planning, but overall, the home was filled with a lot of love and happy memories. We will definitely be reserving this home again. Oh, the backyard was serene and the putting green was a fun time to be had.

The location was fantastic—easy to find, plenty of parking, and just a short walk or drive to a quiet community beach, which was a nice alternative to the crowded public beaches nearby.Check-in was smooth, instructions were clear, and while it was tough to reach the property management company by phone, they were responsive and helpful through the app.There were a few minor drawbacks: the backyard firepit was listed as an amenity but wasn't usable during our stay, and cleaning staff were still finishing up right at check-in time, so towels were inconsistently stocked across rooms. Also, note that the bathrooms only had hand soap—be sure to bring your own toiletries.All in all, we had a wonderful time and would consider staying here again!

4th of July family trip

Overall the stay was good with a little maintenence it could be great. Plenty of room and in a very nice area. The few things that could be better - The grill area was very dirty and didnt look like it had been cleaned. Also, the pine needles in the gutters are over flowing, its a big fire hazard. Aside from those items it was great stay! Its an easy walk to the community beach and zephyr cove. I would recommend it to others.

My Stay

Overall the stay was nice, and we were able to check in an hour early. Couple of the negatives were that there was no shower wash, shampoo, or conditioner. The firepit was locked down with 2 padlocks. The beds and pillows in the room I stayed with the bunk beds was not the best. I thought the bed was going to fall apart, and the pillows were like pancakes. One of the stove burners did not work, there were a couple lights out. From the backyard there was a lot of construction going on at the main road we could hear all night. It appears there once was an owner made stream or something in the backyard, but it looks like an extremely dirty swamp. There were so many bugs flying around there... like a breeding ground for mosquitoes.

Needs Some TLC

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property was probably once nice, but it is not well maintained or clean. It needs a good deep cleaning. The couch and ottoman are visibly dirty, the showers have mold, and the bedding and towels have mysterious stains. This is also a very poorly stocked property. We had to ration toilet paper and paper towels, which was even more difficult to do considering there were no kitchen towels to use. The kitchen was adequately stocked and the backyard was nice, but this property needs some TLC before I would consider returning.

We loved the backyard and spa! The kitchen area was very big and updated. We had some issues with things not working. One of the bedroom bathrooms shower was broken and the shower could not be turned on. The master bath jetted tub would not turn on, and we couldn’t keep the water from draining out. The lights in the master bedroom, would not turn on. We never could find the switch or the bulbs just were burnt out. And the toaster was broken. There is no bar soap, you have to bring your own. The house needs a little maintenance in these areas and it would have been perfect. We loved the layout and the location.

Comfortable stay in a nice area with great amenities!

This place was great for what we needed. Hot tub, beds, kitchen were all perfect for a friends weekend and it was easy to get into SLT from here. The kitchen was well stocked which was great but the host wasn’t able to confirm about any appliances ahead of time since they are just property managers and don’t seem to have someone checking the property regularly. A few things were not in great shape/ seemed run down, like the fridge handle was broken and the carpet is coming off the steps to the garage. A bit more attention to detail on small things would make this a 5 star stay but it was safe and comfortable.

Family fun in the snow

Easy to book, and communicate with host. Beautiful huge home, plenty of space for family of 10. Cozy warm and comfortable living area. Few mattresses could use upgrading. Overall house was well equipped with cooking items and essentials for our stay.

Perfect Christmas Home for Families

Beautiful property, looked just like the pictures! Very spacious and in a great location! Check in & check out was easy. Communication was fantastic and responses were prompt. We had a lovely time staying here. If we’re ever back in South Lake Tahoe we will make sure to stay at this property again.

Great Stay

The house is very spacious and was great for what we needed. Backyard is great for hanging out but be aware the sprinklers do kick on at random. Easy walk to the private beach located in the neighborhood. Zephyr Cove public beach can also be accessed out the backyard exit about 15 minutes walk. Close to South Lake Tahoe for casinos, bars, food etc. property manager was easy to reach by phone as well for any questions. Property was clean and we had plenty of supplies for a three night stay with 8 guests. We booked for a bachelor party and the property did not disappoint.

Family friendly

Checking and communication was great. The layout of the property is great for families or multiple couples. The downstairs has ample space for family game night and cooking was relatively easy as the kitchen was well stocked with adequate silverware, cutlery, and pots and pans, toaster, coffee machine with filters, etc. The left side of the oven does in fact work, you just have to know that there’s an additional button to push in the top left. The BBQ was easy to use. We didn’t use the hiring but it seemed ready to go and clean. Tons of tree pollen outside so we didn’t really use the outside backyard for anything. Easy access to a trail to Zephyr Cove beach area. We could have used some additional extra blankets to use downstairs in the couch, and having stayed at multiple rentals before, it would be great if small items like shampoo and body soap were available as that stuff is often hard to carry on an airplane. It would be easy to put a permanent large dispenser in the bathroom areas and have the cleaners refill each time. We came in summer but I can see how this location would be great for skiers home base. 30 minutes from Carson City, 1 hour to Virginia City.

We had a really great time and I was so grateful for the early check-in and late check out. The house was well equipped. There could've been some extra towels and blankets. That would have been helpful. The left side oven didn't work after the power went out for four hours Friday night. Hot tub worked great! The screen on the back patio door came off the first time we tried to open it. The area around the barbecue was absolutely filthy. Deep greasy grime. I would suggest that the housekeepers give this a deep clean, maybe? The beds were super comfortable with very soft sheets! The location was awesome and super convenient to Zephyr Cove and Safeway! Overall… It was wonderful and we had so much fun!

Lots of space, bedrooms and bathrooms. The backyard and hot tub were very nice. We liked the large sectional and kitchen. cons: Dishwasher really didn't work, so we washed by hand. One roll of paper towels and a few rolls of toilet paper for a whole week, so we had to purchase those items. Place is outdated as far as decor/interior finishes. Several items didn't work, but property manager came right away. NO Closets and NO hangers and no place to hang clothes. Property manager brought some hangers (very nice of him) and I hung stuff on the fireplace mantle. Really need a clothes hanging rack. Close to zero plastic containers with lids in kitchen. It worked well for our family. Property manager was excellent - friendly, responsive, came immediately and always returned calls right away.

Short Trip with Friends

We stayed here for 2 nights just among friends. Check-in and check-out was easy. The bedrooms were fairly clean. One note though. This house is supposed to fit up to 10 people, but the water heater tank is one of the smallest one I've ever seen. If you all take a shower around the same time, I guarantee you that a few people will be taking cold showers as it happened to us. Kitchen, living room, and dining area make a great hangout spot. The down side is that the kitchen and dining area lights were flickering a lot. Also found a few spiderwebs with spiders crawling around. The property manager told me that they always clean the place after each guest checks out. Something tells me that it is not the case. The fire pit was not available for use. The hot tub was filled with ants. The property manager did come and clean it, however, we were uncomfortable getting in the hot tub considered how much chemical was used for the ants. Overall, the stay was enjoyable, but the place was a little outdated. We are not too picky, so we didn't care too much. My review is mainly here to inform people about those flaws that might be a dealbreaker.
