Forest views/Quiet /Close to Lake Tahoe beaches and town max 10 people

You will be staying in a cozy and peaceful mountain home with amazing views of the forest and mountains from every room. There is ample driveway and garage parking and the property is located at the back of the neighborhood with very little traffic and few other surrounding neighbors. Our home is surrounded by forest service property and frequently has wildlife visitors including deer, squirrels, chipmunks, eagles, and the occasional bear, coyote, and bobcat. Hot tub is available (weather permitting) for a nice soak after a long day exploring the great outdoors! Two outdoor patios with outdoor furnishings and BBQ available weather permitting.

The home is 3 living levels above the garage and may not be suitable for young children and those adults that have difficulty navigating stairs. 2nd level: 2 bedrooms and bathroom with laundry. 3rd level: Kitchen, Living Room, 1/2 bath, balcony and patio. 4th level: Master BR and bath, 2 bedrooms and 2nd bathroom.

*5 minute drive to 3 popular beaches- Nevada Beach, Round Hill Resort and Zephyr Cove with jet ski/boat/kayak rentals
*15 minutes drive to NV Heavenly Ski Resort base and 20 mins drive to CA Heavenly Ski Resort base
*Enjoy walks in the quiet neighborhood with views of Lake Tahoe and the mountains
*Less than 10 minutes to Safeway, South Lake Tahoe (casinos, night life, entertainment, shopping), restaurants, golf, horseback riding, snowmobiling, etc.

Douglas County Permit #08402222 Renter must be 25 years of age or older to rent; Maximum Occupancy 10 people (gatherings that exceed the max occupancy are not permitted); events are strictly prohibited; quiet hours between 9 pm and 8 am will be strictly enforced. Maximum allowed 4 vehicles - renters will be issued parking placards must be displayed on the driver’s side dashboard of vehicles, park only in designated parking areas, failure to park in designated parking areas and/or display the parking placards may result in a citation and fine of $500

Driving conditions in the winter - all wheel drive or 4x4 is always recommended. Please make sure to check the weather forecast, if it snows tire chains or 4x4 will be required to access the home due to the hilly neighborhood we are located in.
