Perfect 2-bedroom house with AC and POOL in delightful Douglasville

This memorable house is the perfect home base for your trip to Douglasville. Inside, guests find two cozy bedrooms featuring a queen bed and a full bed, plus two bathrooms for added convenience. The marvelous living room includes a comfortable sofa bed, ideal for extra guests or relaxing evenings. I have a nice family size pool everyone’s welcome! Climate control keeps the space comfortable no matter the season. Whether you’re unwinding after a day of exploring or enjoying a quiet morning coffee, this amazing house offers a welcoming retreat. Our place is equipped for both long or short stays to make your holiday one to remember. “The basement unit is owner occupied with a private entrance. Homeowners may come and go throughout the day. Guests have full and private access to the main home. No shared indoor spaces.” - In order to maintain a safe and pleasant environment for all guests, we have a few policies we ask you to respect. Gatherings and smoking are allowed but NO SMOKING in the HOUSE.
Violations of these policies may result in a fine of $250, plus any fees imposed by the fire station if the central alarm system is activated. - Liability & Personal Belongings
The owners are not liable for any loss, theft, damage, injury, or death.
Guests agree to indemnify and hold the owners harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from their stay, including personal injury or property loss.
We are not responsible for any items left inside the unit after checkout. - Please note:
This is an old house and while newly refurbished, the walls are on the thinner side. We ask guests to be mindful of noise levels. music is permitted until 10:00pm but let’s be mindful of neighbors.

POOL RULES:
please don’t tug on the pool net it can break, if you use the grill use aluminum foil so you don’t have to clean it after, cleaning fee is $75 and please don’t touch the pool equipment unless you know how to use it. Don’t tug on the sprinkler $50 replacement
