Gut: Sauberkeit, Check-in, Lage und Genauigkeit des Onlineauftritts
Beautiful location near the Block Island airport. Studio was clean and spotless. Large space with a lot of light. Has everything you need. AC was a plus. Horses greeted us upon departure by the driveway and we loved the property. Close to town and you could ride your bikes to beach or center. We felt our host was agitated with us because we could not find the location. I was briskly asked if I had read the guest guide? Not, oh let me help you. I was actually in the driveway of the home when I called her confused. There were no house numbers listed at beginning of driveway nor where the driveways forked and there were homes on each side. The home was described as the pink house with navy shutters. If it was described as the brick house with navy shutters it may be more fitting of the house description. My husband was locked out with his cell upstairs and I was in town. Regretfully, he had to inquire with someone in the Lain house for the code to open the studio door. The gentleman was kind enough to call the host for the code. My husband could hear her over the phone agitated that we had contacted her again. With an attitude of “what’s wrong with these people?” Hosts are responsible for the ENTIRE guest experience. I’m sorry we bothered you not once but twice. Life happens. Again. Loved the actual studio and fabulous location. Private and clean.
