I chose this neighborhood because it offers the perfect balance of location and local charm. You’re just a short walk to Quinta Avenida and Coco Beach, but tucked away enough to enjoy a quieter, more relaxed atmosphere.
I love that everything is within walking distance great coffee spots, restaurants, grocery stores, and beach clubs without being in the middle of the busy tourist noise. It really gives you the best of both worlds: convenience and a more authentic Playa experience.

Inside, you’ll find everything you need, including a Keurig and coffee maker, Smart TV, and a clean, modern design. It’s ideal for solo travelers or couples looking for a stylish, easy stay in a great location.
Plus, the short walk to Coco Beach makes it easy to enjoy the ocean anytime one of my favorite parts of staying here!
