Private Pool

The home includes a private screened pool with outdoor seating. It is a great place to relax, enjoy the Florida weather, and unwind after a day at the parks.

Pool use is at guests’ own risk. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.

The pool area may include an attached sitting/spa-style section; however, it is not advertised as a hot tub or jacuzzi. Pool temperature may vary depending on weather and season unless pool heating is available, requested, confirmed, and paid for in advance.

Important Note About Stairs

This is a two-story home. Stairs are required to access the upstairs bedrooms and loft. Please consider this before booking if anyone in your group has mobility limitations.

Important Towel Notice

We provide bath towels and medium-sized towels. We do not provide face towels or washcloths due to our internal post-COVID hygiene policies. Please plan accordingly.

Starter Welcome Kit

We provide an initial starter kit for your convenience. These supplies are not replenished during the stay, so guests should plan to purchase additional items as needed.

Starter kit may include: hand soap, toilet paper, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, small bar soaps, dish sponge, dish soap, paper towels, trash bags, and dishwasher tablets.



Guest Access:

Guests will have private access to the entire home, with the exception of one locked owner’s closet and any locked maintenance/storage areas.

Entry is via smart lock. You will receive your private access code prior to arrival, so there is no need to meet anyone for check-in.

Community Pool / Amenity Access

Guests will have access to eligible community pools and amenities using the community access card provided for the home.

According to the community guide, CDD/community amenities may include access to areas such as Seven Eagles, Homestead, Carriage Point, Heritage Crossing, and The Terraces, which include pools, spas, fitness rooms, wading pools, gazebo/pavilion areas, and nearby playground/outdoor fitness areas, depending on the specific amenity location, availability, operating hours, and community rules.

This home is located in Reunion Village, and the community guide also identifies Reunion Village homeowners as having mandatory membership to Encore Club.

A white community access card has been obtained for this home and will be made available to confirmed guests for eligible pool/community amenity access. Guests are responsible for keeping the card safe and returning it before check-out. Lost, damaged, or unreturned access cards may result in a replacement fee.

Amenity access is subject to community rules, availability, operating hours, maintenance schedules, weather, registration requirements, and any policies in effect during the stay. We will provide applicable access instructions to confirmed guests before arrival.

Parking

Free parking is available at the property.

Please do not park on the grass, sidewalks, driveways, street corners, or any restricted areas. Commercial vehicles, trailers, RVs, boats, or oversized vehicles may not be permitted by the community.

Guests are responsible for following all posted community and HOA parking rules. The community and/or HOA may enforce towing, fines, or access limitations for violations.
