That said, we take concerns about the condition of the home very seriously. We want to clarify that prior to your arrival, all lighting and major systems were fully inspected and in working order. During your stay, we responded immediately to the items you reported, including repairing the toilet handle and addressing the laundry door. These types of issues, while unfortunate, can occasionally occur in any well-used home and were not an indication of "horrible disrepair". We also understand there was some confusion regarding the window treatments. Instructions were provided, and additional in-person assistance was given to ensure they were functioning properly for you. Regarding the stair railings, our records and follow-up inspection indicated damage occurred during the stay. Regardless, repairs were arranged as quickly as possible to maintain safety and the quality of the home. We strive to provide a well-maintained and comfortable experience for every guest and we regret that your stay did not meet your expectations. At the same time, we stand by the condition of the property and the responsiveness of our management team in addressing concerns as they arose. We appreciate your feedback and we wish you the best in your future travels.
