Dieses luxuriöse Haus mit Blick auf den Atlantik gehört zum Sunrise Beach Resort, einer exklusiven Wohnanlage, die 2007 mit nur 10 anderen Häusern erbaut wurde. (Ich miete auch die Einheiten 109 und 111 auf den Homeaways 4441696 und 4441714, falls Sie mehr als ein Haus benötigen.) Unser Haus liegt an dritter Stelle vom Wasser nach Südwesten. Entspannen Sie in Ihrer privaten Hängematte oder genießen Sie die wunderschöne tropische Landschaft und die kühle Brise auf einem der beiden Balkone, am Dock oder am Pool, wo Sie die Sonnenstufen des Hauses genießen können. Von den Schlafzimmern und vom Balkon jedes Zimmers aus haben Sie einen atemberaubenden Blick auf das blaugrüne Meer im Südwesten.

Ihr Boot, bis zu 24 Fuß, kann während Ihres gesamten Aufenthalts in den ruhigen Gewässern direkt hinter dem Haus am Dock aufbewahrt werden. Looe Key und American Shoal Reef sind vom Haus aus zu sehen, wo Sie die schönsten Schnorchel- und Tauchriffe in den Keys sowie ausgezeichnete Angelmöglichkeiten finden. Fischen oder Kajak fahren Sie direkt am Ende des Docks oder unternehmen Sie einen Ausflug in die Geschichte und Action von Key West, das nur 27 km entfernt liegt. Spring Break in the Keys

The house and amenities were wonderful! Everything was clean and comfortable, and we had everything we needed for a fun vacation on the water. We used the fishing rods and kayaks and had a great time! The location was great, close to everything we wanted to do. The property was lovely, right on the water with a pool and little beach. I would not hesitate to stay again or recommend the property. Check in and check out were super easy. Communication was excellent, John provided all the information we needed and more. Thank you for providing such a wonderful place for our vacation!

Everything as listed,,was a beautiful property in a beautiful area.

We took full advantage of the bikes and the kayaks, there’s a bike path on the other side of the highway that is hidden from the road that went both ways.Went down to the dock area in the middle of a clear night and watched the stars meet the ocean. Short 30 minute ride to key west. Wish we had more time to explore!

Annual family vacation

This was a very relaxing and enjoyable stay! Most everything we needed was there and what wasn’t we went to the store less than 8 miles away! When we come back to the Keys this will be my first choice of places to stay!

All 3 generations enjoyed the property

The home was great! Lots of things to do and it’s so nice to use the kayaks or snorkel gear without having to rent or travel on the plane with any extra fun stuff ~ it was already there! Same with the crib! The host gave excellent communication before, during, and after the stay! Love the proactiveness. 5 STARS!

Beautiful Place On The Water!!

We truly enjoyed our stay at Sunrise Beach Resort in Cudjoe Key! The condo is beautiful and just steps away to the ocean and pool. John was the perfect host and provided lots of amenities inside and outside (including kayaks and bikes). Loved that it was close enough for day trips to Key West, or just relaxing at the condo. Highly recommend!!

Great home and location!

Home was exactly as advertised with plenty of room for our family of 5. We really appreciated the thorough email before we arrived with information and tips for our stay. We were lucky enough to meet John right after checking in and he gave us some great restaurant recommendations as well. The home had supplies, dishes, etc that made the stay very convenient and the location was fantastic. We loved being within a fairly short drive of tourist locations like Key West and Bahia Honda State park without being in a congested area. Our family loved this vacation and will definitely be back!

Perfect location and property

Traveled to Cudjoe at the end of May for the sole purpose of fishing with a couple family members for a week. The home, however, was perfect for much more. While the marine amenities were fantastic for our needs, the property would also be excellent for a family with small children or a group of friends who wanted to do more than just be on the water all day. Also big thanks to John for being an excellent and responsive host! We will definitely be back.

Restful Accomodations After Fishing

The condo gave us all the necessary amenities to rest after 3 days of fishing. Location was away from the noise of Key West and 15 minutes from the marina for a day of fishing. This is our second trip staying at sunrise resort and we will probably do it again next year. Condo was clean and had no issues and was right on the water to accommodate boating activities.

This was a great place to vacation. Easy access to restaurants, recreation and Key West without staying in the hustle and bustle of it all. The owner was accessible and responsive as needed. We would definitely recommend staying here.

Wedding getaway

Property was only about a 25 min ride to Key West. Location itself is clean, with all amenities, including access to kayaks, bikes, and paddle boards. Balconies were great as well. We went out on the kayaks a couple of different days and the water was calm and beautiful. Host was cordial and when I had a question, he responded via text very quickly. We will be back.

Great place to enjoy the keys

We definitely enjoyed the property. It was great being close to key west, but not in the middle of it. There was lots to do for the family on the property and we were close to beaches and attractions as well. There was a water main break and the owner was incredibly comminicative which helped a lot. Highly recommended and we would definitely stay here again.

Sunrise Beach is always a quiet place to relax. With nearby dive companies, or your own boat, you can explore some of the most beautiful reefs in the Keys just a few miles off shore. Nearby Key West (17 miles) is always a fun trip for a wide variety of food and entertainment. However, three of my top five favorite restaurants anywhere in the keys are less than 5 miles away. You will be staying in one of eleven stilt homes in this secluded gated community.
