Our home is brand new for 2026, and the photos you see are exactly what you’ll get. If you’re wondering about a bathtub, don’t worry – both bathrooms have walk‑in showers, and we provide a baby bath tub for little ones. The pool stays at a comfortable 88° year‑round, and that heat is included; if you prefer it cooler, just let us know, but please don’t set it above 90°.

The retractable safety fence is available on request – if you don’t have children, it stays rolled up and out of sight. We love our quiet neighborhood, so we use an outdoor sound sensor that measures volume only (no recording) to help everyone enjoy the peace.

You’ll likely see lizards, birds, and maybe even manatees or sea turtles – guests love the wildlife, and our screened pool means no bugs.

The house has no stairs, it’s all one level, so it’s easy for everyone.

The minimum stay is 4 nights, but there’s no maximum – snowbirds are very welcome.

Finally, for everyone’s safety, we’ll send a simple Docusign form before check‑in that acknowledges the risks of the water and dock; it takes just a minute.
