We respectfully disagree with this review because it does not accurately reflect what occurred during this reservation. The reservation was made for seven guests; however, our exterior security cameras clearly documented approximately eleven individuals staying at the property during the visit. Despite this violation of our booking terms, we chose to focus on resolving the concerns that arose rather than escalating the occupancy issue. Unfortunately, the day before the guest's arrival, our area experienced extremely strong winds that caused the backyard gazebo to collapse. As soon as we became aware of the issue, we arranged for our maintenance team to remove it as quickly as possible. Our cleaning team and maintenance helper were sent to the property to address the situation and minimize any inconvenience. Throughout the stay, we remained responsive and made every reasonable effort to resolve concerns promptly. We also received repeated requests for substantial discounts and refunds that we did not believe were warranted under the circumstances. This home has provided wonderful experiences for many guests, and we take great pride in maintaining it to a high standard. While occasional unforeseen issues can arise—especially those caused by severe weather—we always act quickly to correct them.
