Sleeps 30 comfortably IN BEDS across 8 suites, each with en-suite baths. Ideal for large gatherings, family reunions, or small weddings. Fully stocked gourmet kitchen, with towels, linens, and toiletries provided- all you need is your suit! Private beach access <3-min walk.

The space:
The Navarwhal is thoughtfully designed and perfectly executed for seamless living and effortless memories. There is room to park 3 vehicles in the garage of this home. We do offer an electric vehicle charging plug in (no cable included) that can reach the front spot on both sides. Your party is more than welcome to use the entire driveway for parking as it can fit 6-8 vehicles.

With elevator access at the ground level, allows easy hauling of luggage and groceries. Enjoy full amenities including keyless entry, covered parking, an EV charging station, beach gear games, outdoor shower, and a commercial ice machine/fridge-perfect for stocking coolers. Challenge the crew to ping-pong or cornhole in the open-air game room or hang outside in the hammocks near a cozy fire-pit seating area.

Offering resort-style living on the main level, enjoy unobstructed views with an open-concept layout. This magazine-worthy home showcases a heated and cooled cocktail pool framed by the indoor/outdoor water vapor fireplace (kid-friendly). Navarwhal offers a fully stocked gourmet kitchen with everything you need to entertain the crew. Featuring dual dishwashers, a 48" commercial-grade range, a luxurious coffee station, and a gas grill on the deck . Not to mention the heated (or cooled) cocktail pool right on the main floor right off the kitchen. A convenient double-stacked laundry area is also located right off the main floor.

Still on the main floor, like royalty with six private suites each offering its own en-suite bath, walk-in closet, and television. We gladly provide linens, towels, toiletries, and a hairdryer supplied for each room.

Purposefully designed with families in mind, the upper floor is dedicated to fun and relaxation. Two expansive bunk rooms—one 8 boys’ bunks and one with 8 girls’ bunks—each features their own oversized private baths. The indoor game room offers shuffleboard, a kitchenette, a workspace/game table, a large TV with retro wired games, and a dreamy tucked-away reading nook for quiet escapes. There's easy entertainment around every corner, whether rain or shine!

A true gathering space, The Navarwhal is tailored for lasting memories and connection. Navarre Beach - known as "Florida's Most Relaxing Place" is a beautiful beach community that features local restaurants, bars and shops as well as plenty of pristine seashore and wildlife to explore, including the Marine Life Sanctuary (just a quick hop away in the golf cart). Perfectly positioned halfway between Destin and Pensacola – close enough for a fun outing, far enough to feel a world away - allowing you to hit your favorite spots before retreating each night to your own private resort.

*Aside from anything listed in our detailed guest book, ask us anything that is specific to you or your trip’s party- whether it be going all out with concierge chef/massage services, private charters to catch dolphins, or something more calm like morning yoga on the beach we know all the spots and can point you the right way! We also have fireworks within spitting distance 5 nights out of the week during high season (Late May-Early August!) We hope to host you soon!
