Schauen Sie sich die neue Töpferscheune an! Es ist ein wunderschönes 4 Schlafzimmer Haus in der sehr beliebten Wohnanlage von SeaGrass mit Zugang zu einem Gemeinschaftspool direkt nebenan.

Die neuen Eigentümer haben das Haus komplett mit neuen Fußböden und Möbeln ausgestattet, um Ihren Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Der erste Stock verfügt über zwei Schlafzimmer, ein zweistöckiges offenes Wohnzimmer, ein Esszimmer und eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit allen neuen Geräten. Eines der Schlafzimmer hat zwei Etagenbetten, und die unteren Betten sind eigentlich eine volle Matratze, so dass dieses Zimmer Platz für bis zu sechs glückliche Kinder bietet! Das andere Schlafzimmer auf dieser Etage verfügt über ein brandneues Kingsize-Bett.

Genießen Sie die Decks, von denen Sie einen 360-Grad-Blick nicht nur auf das blaue Meerwasser, sondern auch auf den Sonnenaufgang und den Sonnenuntergang haben. Es gibt auch eine abgeschirmte Veranda vor der Küche.

Im Obergeschoss befindet sich die Master-Suite mit einem neuen Kingsize-Bett und eigenem Bad mit Whirlpool und separater Dusche! Der begehbare Kleiderschrank ist enorm! Es gibt eine neu hinzugefügte Kaffeestation und einen Weinkühler, um diesen privaten Rückzugsort abzurunden. Es gibt auch eine wunderbare Terrasse vor der Ost- und Golfseite des Schlafzimmers mit herrlichem Blick auf die untergehende Sonne und die Bucht.

Im Erdgeschoss finden Sie eine private Suite mit einem Schlafzimmer mit Kingsize-Bett, einem Vollbad und einer eigenen Küche. Bitte beachten Sie, dass die private Suite nicht vom Haupthaus aus zugänglich ist. Es gibt einen Eingang am nördlichen Ende des Hauses, oder Sie können es durch die beiliegende Doppelgarage eingeben.

Das Beste von allem, unser Haus befindet sich nur einen Steinwurf vom Gemeinschaftspool entfernt. Der Radweg ist in der Nähe und es ist nur ein kurzer Spaziergang zum Handelsposten und mehr! Die Strandpromenade zum wunderschönen weißen Sandstrand befindet sich direkt neben unserem Haus. Es ist eine PERFEKTE Einrichtung für einen WUNDERBAREN Strandurlaub! Our destinated house was no longer available due to water damage so we found this literally two days before we arrived! The top master suite bed sheets had not been changed, attention to cleanliness was missing. Living room furniture needs to be replaced as it is dirty & the main couch is almost impossible to sit on comfortably. The kitchen is amazing but the dining room chairs are horrible... not comfortable and every move you make “sounds” horrible!Kitchen is well stocked with everything you could possibly need. The views of the sunset amazing; the porches excellent! Beach nessesities plentiful! Distance to beach perfect; neighborhood lovely! Appliances very nice. Main bathroom lighting is dark. We had to buy better bulbs. Bunkbed sheets a nightmare to change!

The PERFECT beach house!

It is right next to the community pool (which felt like our private pool) - but we didn’t use the pool a lot, as the boardwalk provided a quick path to a beautiful section of beach. We prefer beach-front, but this is definitely the next best thing at a much better weekly rate. The garage is full of beach toys and essentials that we were thankful to use (umbrellas, floats, wagons, shovels, even kayaks!) The property was well stocked for when we cooked, and almost right across the street from Skully’s for the best food when we didn’t want to cook. It was a gorgeous property and everyone had their own space at the end of the day. My teen son loved the separate “apartment” downstairs and had everything he could need there. We would return in a heartbeat!

Our best experience

This was the best experience we have had in more than ten years. Clean, spacious. Great view. We called about a few issues (leftover from previous rentals) and they took care of them promptly. This is a great alternative to the crowds in the destin area. Rules seemed strict at first because they are trying to protect their investment. No problems with any interaction.

A Lot Of Frogs

For as many members of my family that went, it accommodated us well. However, we were unable to use one of the beds because of what looked like a brown stain on one of the mattresses (we were very cautious about that one). There were also quite a few frogs at night time attached to the house, so that was unexpected. Just be wary that there will be a lot of frogs greeting you once the sun starts to set. Overall, we love the location (Cape San Blas), but we will probably not be staying at this property in the future.

The VayK $250 credit we used for a kayak and then added a stand up paddle board was fantastic. A strap brike on one of the kayak carrying straps andthey quickly came and traded it out...even retrieved the old one from the beach—-those guys are strong! Pottery Barn needed a little TLC but Coastal Joe and the owners were very attentive to any items I broughtt to their attention. Hurricane Michael has probably created more woes. My heart goes out to the Cape and her loss of roads and othe amenities. Also the newly formed islands in the state park will be an interesting challenge for all to overcome. We love this beautiful place and enjoyed our stay.

The bathroom on the main floor has a hard time flushing. Paint falling off. Had a hard time opening and locking doors the entire time. The bed in the Master is very bad and not comfortable at all. Dryer takes three times to dry a load of laundry. The rental company was great but the owners of the home don't spend any money on the home or repairs.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was good. Could use some maintenance. The upstairs air conditioner struggles and can not keep the temp below 80 during the day. Some boards on the deck are loose. The house has some mold in bathrooms, shower and air vents. Property needs a good cleaning. Happy as usual with Coastal Joe. No worries there.
