Park Street Retreat Main House is a beautifully renovated home located on Park Street, one of the most desirable addresses in Charlottesville. Situated in the heart of North Downtown, this elegant residence places guests within easy walking distance of the Downtown Mall, restaurants, shops, and cultural attractions, while still offering the comfort and privacy of a residential neighborhood. Thoughtfully updated throughout, the home blends classic charm with modern conveniences, making it ideal for families or groups visiting for UVA events, wedding weekends, or special occasions.

The main level is designed for both gathering and everyday comfort. A modern kitchen features a large island with seating for four, a gas range, farmhouse sink, and high-end finishes, complemented by a dining table that seats six. The cozy living room includes an L-shaped sofa, piano, and game table, while a separate office or den with a fireplace provides a quiet space to work or unwind. A butler's pantry and half bathroom complete the main floor. Every space feels intentional, warm, and inviting.

Upstairs, the home offers three well-appointed bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms in total.
