The space:
Terrace level: 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, kitchen with stacked laundry unit, desk space, and living room/dining room. The kitchen is fully stocked to cook and serve meals. The living room has a queen pullout sofa.


Main level: 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (1 bed/1 bath is a master suite), laundry room, open-plan kitchen, living room, dining room & sunroom. The Main Level kitchen offers a gas range, double ovens, a dishwasher, 2 sinks, and granite counters and comes fully stocked to cook and serve meals. Queen pullout sofa in the living room.


Upstairs level: Master suite - 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom. The nook has 2 twin beds and a gas fireplace.


Each bedroom has a 50” Smart TV mounted on the wall, giving the room a true boutique hotel feel. Both living rooms (Main and Terrace Level) have 55” Smart TVs mounted on the walls.


Fresh linens, towels, hairdryers, and a starter supply of daily essentials (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, dishwasher detergent, dish soap and sponges, trash bags, laundry detergent, dryer sheets, etc.) are provided. Once the starter amount provided is gone, you will be responsible for buying what you need for the remainder of your stay.


Charming outdoor spaces are replete with patios, decks, fencing, a garden shed & stone walls. Generous off-street parking with a circular drive behind. Walk or bike to parks and trails nearby.

Our neighborhood is peaceful, safe, and full of friendly people. Davis Field, 5 acre park, is 4 minute walk away. Davis Field connects to Northeast Park, which is only a 1 minute walk away. We are 0.4 miles from Charlottesville Skate Park in McIntire Park.
