The Space
This beautifully designed home comfortably accommodates large families and groups while providing a balance of shared gathering spaces and private retreats. The layout features five bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms, with most bedrooms offering attached or nearby private bathrooms to ensure convenience for guests.

Bedroom 1 – Primary Suite (Upper Level)

This bedroom offers a king bed and a private full bathroom. Guests also have direct access to the back of the home, providing a quiet and convenient outdoor entry.

Bedroom 3 – Family Suite (Lower Level)
Perfect for families, this spacious room includes one king bed and two single beds. A full bathroom is located just outside the room, offering easy access while maintaining privacy. Pack and plays are available, making this setup especially convenient for guests traveling with young children.

Bedroom 4 (Main Floor)
This bedroom features a king bed, a full bathroom, and a private balcony. Enjoy beautiful mountain views right from your room—perfect for morning coffee or unwinding in the evening.

Bedroom 5 – Bunk Room (Upper Level)

🚙 ATV/UTV Policy
Please note that unlicensed vehicles (like ATVs or UTVs) cannot be driven on county roads. We recommend trailering them to nearby off-road trails.
🐶 Pet Policy
This is a pet free home making it a great space for our guests with allergies. If a guest brings an animal a $500 deep clean fee will be charged.
🚭 No Smoking
Absolutely no smoking inside the home. A deep cleaning fee will apply if smoke is detected indoors. Outdoors permitted but please be responsible.
⏰ Checkout Time
Please respect the designated checkout time. Late departures may incur additional fees, as we need time to prepare for the next guests.
🎉 No Parties or Events
To keep things peaceful for everyone, we do not allow parties or events at this property.
👥 Guest Count & Age Requirement
The number of guests must not exceed 14 or what is listed on your reservation nor shall the guest booking the reservation be under the age of 25, unless approved in writing ahead of time.
🔒 Firearms
Please do not leave firearms unattended on the property for safety reasons. If left behind, we will securely store it for you to retrieve.
📦 No Mail or Packages
We are unable to accept mail or packages at the home. Please ship items to a local Amazon Locker, USPS office, or UPS store.
🏢 No Commercial Use
This property may not be used for commercial purposes without prior written approval.

While we do our best to ensure everything is in working order, occasional issues can arise—especially during short turnovers. Refunds for broken amenities are not guaranteed, but we’ll make every reasonable effort to address and resolve the issue promptly once we`re notified. Your comfort is important to us, and we appreciate your understanding!
