Willkommen in der Casa JR, einer ruhigen, sauberen, voll möblierten 3-Zi-Wohnung mit 2,5 Bädern und allem, was Sie sich wünschen können. Der Strand ist nur wenige Meter entfernt. Pool direkt vor der Wohnung. Entspannen Sie in der Wohnung, in lokalen Restaurants oder Bars oder am Strand. Sehen Sie den Regenwald, erleben Sie Seilrutschen oder reiten Sie am Strand oder zu den Wasserfällen.

Die Wohnung ist komplett mit Waschmaschine, Trockner, Klimaanlage und einer voll ausgestatteten Küche ausgestattet. Bequeme Betten mit hochwertiger Bettwäsche. Große Schränke in jedem Schlafzimmer. Es gibt ein gemütliches Wohnzimmer für entspannende Abende. Weniger als zwei Minuten zu Fuß die Straße hinunter zum Strand. Direkt vor der Tür der Eigentumswohnung befindet sich ein Pool, der für kleine Kinder und Familien sicher ist. Es gibt auch eine Terrasse mit einem Grill für Mahlzeiten im Freien. Highspeed-WLAN, Fernseher und DVD-Player. Die Wohnung hat auch ein Telefon in der Küche und Schlafzimmer.

Samara ist eine einzigartige costaricanische Strandstadt. Es ist der Himmel auf Erden. Casa JR befindet sich im Zentrum der Stadt, mit Bäckereien, frischen Obstständen, köstlichen und preiswerten Restaurants, die alle innerhalb von zwei Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar sind. Es ist das Beste aller Welten - ruhig und beschaulich und im Herzen dieser kleinen Strandstadt.

Andere schöne Strände sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Direkt am Strand können Sie reiten, tauchen, schnorcheln, Kajak fahren und surfen.

In der Stadt gibt es auch eine Sprachschule und eine Massageschule. In der Stadt gibt es ein Indoor- / Outdoor-Fitnessstudio mit täglichen Kursen. Auch mehrere Yogaschulen und Spas im Umkreis von 30 Autominuten.

This condo was wonderful for our family. We had a family of five and a family of three stay here and we had plenty of space. So nice to have three bathrooms! The pool was wonderful and the central location made it so easy to do a quick walk to the beach or to the grocery store. I will definitely come back and this is where I would stay!

We had an amazing stay at Heaven On Earth. All the essentials, plus more were provided. Very close to thd beach and all the shopping. Paul responded very quickly to any inquires. Would definitely stay there again.

Great location right in the middle of town and less than a 5 minute walk to the beach. There is a grocery store next door and lots of restaurants in the neighbourhood. The Casa JR had everything needed for a family of 4 and a great pool area. The host was quick to respond to any questions or requests. Highly recommend this property for a stay in Samara.

This place had every freaking thing you could ever need to enjoy vacation. We stayed at 9 other places and theh didn't have a tenth of what was here. No need for extra store trips for soap. Phone chargers everywhere. They thought of everything.

Thank you. We do try to provide everything needed, and are open to any additional suggestions to make your stay as comfortable, relaxing, and stress-free as possible. We recently added a printer (wi-fi accessible) and a monitor for use by guests. And, we also added a refrigerated water cooler with 5 gallon water containers (with additional 5 gallon water jugs) to keep everyone hydrated. So...thank you. I have repeatedly said - we love Samara, our experience is that Costa Rica is among the safest and most peaceful places to visit- and we hope all our guests have a similar experience. Thank you. The condo was spacious and clean and the host was very friendly and communicative. The kitchen was fully stocked with a lot of helpful instructions for the surrounding area. I would say that the noise from motorbikes on the main street was loud. Our room was right next to the street and it made it difficult for me to sleep at night; although no one else had issues. I used a noise cancelling headset which helped. There were a few tour companies nearby and all were around the same; the host was very helpful in letting us know what activities we could do. The beach was close and most of the restaurants were really good. I love Costa Rican food and coffee! Oh, and the host left us a bag of coffee and bottled water which was so very much appreciated since we ended up arriving much later than expected. Thank you!

This was perfect for us, we were traveling with our son and his 2 daughters. It was very clean with all the comforts of home. A short walk to cafes, restaurants and the beach. In town however very quiet. Will definitely consider a stay here again!

My family just returned from a week at Casa Jr and we couldn’t have been happier! The condo had so many amenities and was decorated so lovely. They really did think of everything! There were power cords for our phones, a water cooler stocked with ample drinking water, comfortable beds, and more. The condo was so clean and ready for us when we arrived and was perfectly located in the middle of Sámara. The location was ideal in this adorable beach town, close to coffee shops, grocery stores, restaurants and the beach! Paul was a very gracious and responsive host who even checked in on us during our stay. We truly had the best time here and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

The place was as advertised, clean and comfortable. Close to the beach and multiple restaurants. The owner and manager were super helpful with travel. Noisy at night but always quiet by 10.

Wonderful all around

The place was clean, easy to access, cozy and comfortable. Best yet, it had great views and a wonderful balcony to enjoy them on.

Perfect place to stay in Samara

This place was perfect for our family of 5. Super close to the beach, as well as restaurants, shops, and grocery stores. The unit was very clean and comfortable- it had absolutely everything we needed. It was the perfect place for our trip to Sámara.
