Das Casa Pacifica ist ein luxuriöses Strandhaus in erstklassiger Lage, nur 200 Meter von einem der besten Strände Costa Ricas entfernt. Das Haus befindet sich auf einem großen Privatgrundstück, nur wenige Schritte von zwei unglaublichen Stränden (Playa Samara und Playa Carrillo) entfernt. Die Städte Samara und Carrillo sind zu Fuß erreichbar, um einen echten Vorgeschmack auf die echte costaricanische Kultur zu erhalten. Dies ist der perfekte Ort für einen aktiven Familienurlaub oder einen entspannten, ungezwungenen Kurzurlaub. Dieses Haus mit vier Schlafzimmern hat zwei Herren und einen tollen Wohnbereich, der sich zur Küche hin öffnet, sowie eine große überdachte Terrasse mit Blick auf den Pool. Der Pool ist von einem üppigen Garten umgeben, und Sie können erwarten, von Affen, Leguanen, Landkrabben, Eichhörnchen und vielen anderen Eidechsen und Vögeln besucht zu werden. Zum Lieferumfang des Hauses gehören zwei Kajaks, mit denen Sie die sicheren Gewässer erkunden oder Isla Chola besuchen und eine ganze Insel für sich haben können. Sie können in Samara das Surfen lernen und Zwischenwellen fangen und sind nur 24 km von einigen der besten Surfpausen der Welt entfernt.

Overall stay was really good. With just a few issues during the first few days that were addressed fairly well we enjoyed our stay. House is centrally located near the beach, markets and some good restaurants.

The property was well taken care of. Large kitchen and family room to gather and view tv together. The air conditioning units kept the house cool as long as we kept them running. Our family of 8 adults enjoyed the home, the pool, the bikes, and the kayaks.

Fabulous stay in Samara

We really loved our stay at this house in Samara. The pool was wonderful and we absolutely loved watching the monkeys climb through the trees every afternoon. The house is about a 3 minute walk down the path to Samara beach. It was a pretty beach and we enjoyed watching the horses show up and take a dip in the ocean in the mornings. It's not the best beach for swimming though because it's pretty rocky. Definitely bring water shoes! However, Carillo beach is just a few minute drive away and was great for swimming.The house includes two paddle boards and two kayaks but we unfortunately never got around to using them. Samara Rentals was great to work with for letting us into the property and handling any questions. They also handled our rental car booking for us with National and that worked out great.There's a very friendly guard (Mino) that stays on site in a guard building overnight but we never felt like we needed a guard as the house and area felt very safe.The house was clean and comfortable (especially the two primary bedrooms in the main house) and we would definitely stay here again if we return to Samara.

Good lay out for families

We stayed at Casa Pacifico for 6 nights during a trip to Samara, our group was three families 6 adults and seven kids ranging from age 6-16. Sadly the pool was very dirty when we arrived and we notified the property management company and it took two more days until the pool cleaners arrived to make it right. The listing says house keeping is provided which is a treat, they come every three days but did not change any linens or provide fresh towels as we expected. It was the minimal clean of floors swept and bathrooms tidied we were really hoping for clean towels and sheets after three days of the heat a fresh set of linens would have been nice. The night guard was fantastic he was very polite. The yard had not been maintained in some time it appeared when we arrived and a crew came during the middle of our stay without being warned by the property manager. It would have been nice if that was done before we arrived or at least had we had a heads up. There is quite a lot of road noise at this property it is very close to the main road. And the beds were really really hard, our group had two rent a hotel room next door during our stay because the beds in the casita were so uncomfortable. I will say the two main beds in the big house were ok but the smaller bedrooms were just as bad as the casita. We have traveled a lot and sadly these were some of the worst beds we have found in our Central America stays.On the good side the house was well stocked with laundry soap, boogie bo

Great getaway

We had a group of 14 stay at Casa Pacifica and had a wonderful time! The house is a short walk to Samara beach and a short drive to Playa Carrillo, which was our favorite beach. We rented golf carts as the Vrbo was a drive to town, but we loved the location and never felt like we were missing out on the town. The kitchen was well stocked and we cooked for ourselves all week with no issues. The pool was just the right size, especially with the beach so near. We utilized the paddle boards and boogie boards in the shed. We saw several iguanas and birds on the property but never saw monkeys, only heard them. Communication was simple through WhatsApp and the rental company was responsive. I’d go back in a heartbeat!

Great spot for family time

Very nice house for 9 adults, great location, short walk to the beach, loved the pool & outdoor space, well equipped kitchen. Don't miss out

Perfect location, the beautiful Playa Samara is a very short walk down the street. Ocean was beautiful, sunsets even prettier. We stayed for the week, and wished it could have been longer. Best family vacation ever

Couldn’t be a better location and house arrangement for our family of 7 adults and 6 children. Lovely swimming pool, short walk to the beach, walk or drive to town, cafes and markets for everything. Great time despite the rain!

Tropical Storm Sara was the plus one for our group of nine but she didn't stop us from having a great time. House was clean and comfortable, and we had everything we needed to cook our meals right at the house when we didn't want to venture out for the night.

Super fun getaway

Really enjoyed the space for all 11 of us (ages6-45) It was perfect to have the extra casita for the kids and the pool was perfect! We loved how close we were to playa carillo and the little hotel next door was great - service, food, friendliness- all excellent! We booked shuttles through Samara rentals and it was a breeze. They were always ready and able to help. The washer/dryer was really helpful during the rainy days.

Perfect for big families

This house is absolutely perfect for big families. Everyone has their private space while also having large common areas to share with each other. The “casita” is a plus of this rental. An independent 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment ideal for teenagers or a couple with kids. The location is perfect, walking distance to the beach (about 200 yds) and great amenities (kayak, paddle board, boogie boards, bikes, board games, and more!) Definitely coming back. Great value for money.

Great Space Near the Beach

Plenty of room for 8 adults and 3 young children. It is an easy walk to the beach from the property. I would recommend renting a golf cart or car to get to town and neighboring Carrillo beach. The pool and outdoor space were very nice. The house is stocked with plenty of supplies for cooking. Cleaning staff came twice during our stay and did a great job. Great stay overall.

Incredible house and location for Family Vacation

We had a wonderful family vacation at Casa Pacifica. The house was perfect for our group of 13 which included my 6month old and 2.5 yr old plus 11 adults. The house was fully equipped and even more beautiful in person than in photos. AspSpotless and the lovely ladies who came to clean were wonderful. We had an issue with the fridge which was solved within hours by the Samara rentals staff. Samara beach was such a close walk and spent lots of time between the pool and Samara and Carrillo beach. We loved seeing and hearing the Howler monkeys and the resident Iguanas on the property. Samara rentals was so helpful with recommendations and logistics. 10/10 recommend. Best family beach vacation ever!

Samara Beach

We enjoyed every minute. The houses were extremely comfortable, clean, and spacious. The pool and hot tub were popular with all ages, and we were at a beach everyday. Samara Beach and Playa Corillo were our go-to beaches. We found that the far ends(N&S) of Samara were good for the kids who even got up on the surf board for the first time! Sunsets at Samara, a short walk frrom the casitas, are a must for the last evening swim. There were plenty of bakeries, supermarcados, shops to choose from. We found a local fish market that had the best fresh fish ever. The local coffee was excellent and the local bakeries were full of goodies, ice cream, grab and go on the streets. We never felt unsafe and found excellent restaurants and bars to visit. The location was out of the busy-ness of Samara proper, but local small convenience stores were within minutes of the house. Leo was fantastic. Super responsive and helpful. The cleaning staff were wonderful. Wifi was amazing. Had some "work" to do, as usual. Plenty of quiet space for privacy, and beautiful living and eating spaces for sharing the day's adventures. Overall we had a great time and would not hesitate to recommend to families and friends!

Great for families and small groups!

We had a relaxing week long stay with three families with young children (ages 2-6). The property had ample room and all the needed amenities, in addition to much appreciated games, outdoor equipment, and DVD’s. Our children loved to play in the pool, do their school work or play games in the outdoor patio (with fans and large table with chairs), and watch for animals (iguanas, geckos, howler monkeys, and so many birds). We were all able to sit down for dinners at the large dinning room table. And when we were not in the mood to cook, we simply ordered from the hotel next door (who also cooked and served our catch from a fishing expedition). We could walk with the kids to Samara beach for boogie boarding and surf kayaking, and the grown ups would walk to Carrillo beach in the early am for a quick escape. The location was quiet, which we preferred, and only a short drive to Samara. We had lots of room for parking with our 3 rental vehicles as well. A security guard was on site at night and was friendly and quite unnoticeable. The cleaners came twice at schedules times, which was much appreciated. We had a great experience and would recommend this property for families or small groups. Oh yes! And the AC’s all worked and made for the best sleeps.

We are Canadians living in North Carolina with a rental property in Costa Rica. We raised 3 children (now young adults) with yearly trips to Costa Rica, so we have a lot of Costa Rica travel experience we can share. Our focus is to provide a positive impact on Costa Rica by providing fair wages and benefits and giving back to the local community. We hope to someday retire to Costa Rica, but have a ways to go.

We choose Guanacaste on the advice of many Tico's we have met - since it's technically dry forest, it offers many more months of lower humidity, less rain and less bugs - but it still has a great tropical climate. After touring all over Guanacaste, we chose Samara because it's the best family destination. The beach there is protected by the reef and is one of the safest swimming beaches on the West Coast & the town is just big enough to offer everything you need. It also is 'locally grown', made up of a bunch of independently owned hotels and restaurants (no chains at all). It has all the same sights and tours that the larger beach towns offer (arguably the best beach around) - but without the crowds and party element.

Our property is on the far end of Samara Beach from the town of Samara - right between the beached of Playa Samara and Playa Carrillo. The property offers a lot of privacy, a lot of nature and guests often have the beach to themselves. It's close enough to Samara to be convenient to stores, restaurants and bars - but far enough from town to enjoy the mornings and evenings with just the sounds of nature around you. The house definitely one of the finest rentals in the area and our staff is fantastic.
