24 hr gated Sicherheitswohnung mit 17 Einheiten, gesicherter Parkplatz mit Infinity-Pool und viele Liegen. Meine Einheit befindet sich im 2. Stock und bietet eine ruhige und spektakuläre Aussicht. Kurze Wanderung zum Strand, Ozean, Restaurants & Stadt. Oder $ 2 Taxi von Condo in die Stadt. Die Condo hat Angelruten, 2 Boogie Boards, Fußball, Frisbees, Liegestühle, Beach Shade Baldachin, Kühler, Strandtaschen. Voll ausgestattete Küche mit Granit, Waschmaschine / Trockner, 55 "TV mit DVD-Player. King-Size-Bett mit neuem Bad. 2. Zimmer hat 2 Einzelbetten mit Bad. Viel Stauraum. Viele Aktivitäten in der Nähe - um ein paar zu nennen - Schwimmen, Surfen, Kajakfahren, Reiten, Zip-Futter, Quad-Touren oder einfach nur mieten und Kreuzfahrt, Angeln Touren, Delphin-Touren, Fahrradverleih, Wandern, etc. Viele schöne und lässige Strandrestaurants. Fantastischer örtlicher Arzt (Dr. Freddy), falls man einen braucht, Banken, Märkte, Post, Polizeistation, Souvenirläden. Mehr über ... Samara, die Stadt, befindet sich in der Provinz Guanacaste an der nördlichen Pazifikküste. Es ist ungefähr 1. 5 Stunden vom Liberia International Airport (LIR). Die Fahrt vom Flughafen ist entlang aller asphaltierten Straßen, so dass es ein einfaches Ziel zu erreichen ist.
Eines der Hauptzüge von Samara ist seine zentral gelegene Innenstadt. Die Innenstadt liegt am Strand und ist voll von Restaurants, trendigen Boutiquen, Reiseveranstaltern, Märkten und anderen Annehmlichkeiten. Ein weiterer Unentschieden ist der umliegende Wald und die Tierwelt. Im Gegensatz zu Gebieten im Norden, dick tropischen Trockenwald grenzt Samara. Sie können Tiere wie Affen, Leguane und viele Arten von Vögeln finden.
Samaras größte Attraktion ist der schöne Strand. Playa Samara zieht alle Arten von Reisenden mit ihren Palmenreihen und leichtem Sand an. Sie finden 20-somethings Greifen ein Bier an einem der Strand-Bars, Paare schlendern bei Sonnenuntergang, und Kinder im Spiel in den ruhigeren Ozean Wasser. Sie können so viel in Samara - schwimmen, surfen, Kajak, Zip Line, Schnorchel, kurze oder lange Reisen, Wanderung, mieten Quads, Pferd zurück, etc. oder einfach gar nichts.

Perfect in every dimension for us

We loved this condo for the following reasons:1. Location: Wake up with a panoramic view of the Pacific Ocean and then walk six minutes to the beach;2. Like home: The interior is modern, functional, clean; felt like home. A/C in the main room is a huge plus;3. Host: John was helpful and easy to communicate with from reservation to check-out;4. Property: Samara is safe, but the condo has an added layer of security with a gate and on-site staff. The pool is a great place to cool off and chill; and5. Value: The above features for the price presented what we assessed as the best value in Samara and some of the best in all of Costa Rica.Footnote: The walk back from the beach requires you to walk up some stairs and about 30 metres of inclined road. We loved this as an after dinner walk. However, if you are disabled or in poor health, you might think about renting a car or ATV.

Incredible place, location, and view!

Best location ever. 2 minute walk to the beach and nice bar/restaurant. Easy access to restaurants and shops by beach or road, generally 1/2 mile. Best beach we’ve ever experienced! Host was wonderful and very responsive. Condo was beautiful, well equipped for both the kitchen and beach. Fantastic views of the ocean! We will definitely stay again.

Very much enjoyed our time in Samara...fantastic location! John was great at communicating. Only comment is that the unit could use some TLC...bedside lamps, improved lighting in the living area. BUT the beds were great, air conditioning great...overall a lovely stay.

The greatest view!

John let us check in early! This place was amazing! The pool was wonderful and the walk to the beach is just down some stairs down the hill! Make sure and eat at the restaurant Bahia we had 3 meals there and they were all so good! Also, Roots bakery is the best!

Beautiful Condo with Stunning Views

Beautiful condo with stunning views of the ocean. Walking distance to town, but we chose to drive given the narrow busy road. Condo was very clean and in great location just slightly out of town on a hill with sweeping views. Well stocked with all kitchen utensils and necessities. Good parking and guarded community. Felt very safe. The condo pool was amazing !!

We had a couple of issues when we arrived but the owner was quick to respond and resolve the problems. Very convenient to beach and restaurants with a fantastic view! We did appreciate having a car as the hill from the beach is a bit much to carry a lot of items. Our biggest issue was not having more time there!

Great Location in Samara!

This property exceeded our expectations in pretty much every aspect. The view was even more spectacular than the photos show, the location was awesome and the condo was well stocked with amenities. John (the owner) was super easy to communicate with and he answered any questions I had promptly. It was so nice having new appliances, washer & dryer in the unit, comfortable beds, comfy furniture when relaxing, great pool area, etc. I would say my only complaint was that there is not a grill on the property, which would've been nice to have. We made due with no problems and thoroughly enjoyed our 2 week stay. I would highly recommend contacting the Samara Info Center to book any excursions as they were super helpful and don't charge any extra booking fees. We really enjoyed visiting the Macaw Recovery Network, the Ora River kayaking tour, the Monte Alto Nature Reserve, and especially our numerous visits to Playa Carrillo! That is one of the top 10 beaches in all of Costa Rica and was a quick 10 minute drive away. We rented a car so we could do more exploring but many people just rent a golf cart or walk to get around Samara. I personally wouldn't recommend riding a bike or walking on the road as it is very narrow and curvy which made the driving a bit more stressful. Overall, a great vacation! Pura Vida!!!

Really liked this condo. Great view of the ocean! The place was clean, easy to check in, had a lot of small amenities that made the trip better: boogie boards, flashlights, well stocked pots/pans/utensils, beach chairs, etc. Owners has thought of many things to make guests comfortable.

Samara

This condo sits on a hill above Samara. The view is great. The condo is spacious. It is nice that it is gated and secure. Just note it is a long walk to the beach down the driveway, across a road and through town. We drove to and from the beach each time as we did not want to take the time and energy to walk. We appreciated and enjoyed the extras like beach chairs, umbrella, beach mats, boogie boards and cooler. The beds were comfortable and the bedding was nice. Now for the Cons: The owner John is hard to deal with if you have any problems. First of all, we were not sent a map/instructions on how to get there and had to stop in town to ask for directions to the condo. Secondly, the bathrooms were not cleaned before we arrived. There was blood, poop, urine and hair on one of the toilets. The shower floors were not cleaned either. Overall, the place could use a good deep cleaning. The owner quickly responded when we reached out to him but had a hard time accepting that everything was not perfect and made excuses. He was aggressive and accusatory at times. He did offer to refund us our next nights' stays if we wanted to find another place but that just wasn't feasible for us. We told him we would clean the bathrooms that night after finding dinner and then expected the cleaning fee to be refunded. He responded in an an arrogant and unprofessional way and told us that he felt 1/2 the cleaning fee was more than enough to be refunded. I don't agree. It took a lot of our time to deal with this after a long day of travel. The previous people paid a cleaning fee and we did too, therefore the condo should have been clean upon our arrival. It was not a pleasant experience to deal with John. I have stayed in a lot of rentals and have never had an owner communicate with me in such a negative way. Overall, this was a nice place to stay away from the busy part of town but still pretty close. Just beware that if you have a problem, it will not be a good experience.

What a view!

The view is what initially sold us to rent the property, and it was spectacular. Some things we wish we had realized--the condo is at the top of a 100 foot hill which involves walking up 60 plus steps AND then a hilly gravel driveway....and in the heat, walking up and down once was enough for us. We also should have realized that having such a view toward the west would mean direct sun into the unit for many hours...and the a/c was set by the owner to not go below an assigned temperature. We had some mechanical problems--the washing machine was broken and the sink, toilet and shower in the second bedroom did not drain. The washer was never usable during our stay but the drain problems were resolved before we left. As the owner told us "It's just something we live with and repair as we go. It just comes with the territory"

I was travelling with my husband and two adult daughters. The view from the condo was spectacular. Food for the soul. The bedrooms were large and beds very comfortable. Beautiful condo and location! Beach is an easy walk as well as the town. Lovely pool on premise!

The drive from San Jose is long (5-6 hours realistically), so the closer airport is a better choice since it is apparently only 2 hours away. This is a slice of paradise though so it is worth the trip however long!

Fantastic Stay + Great View

This property is an excellent value. The owner, John, was an absolute pleasure to communicate with. He made the check-in process as seamless as possible and was available anytime we had questions. The condo itself has a beautiful view of the ocean and is easy walking distance form the beach and the town of Samara. The only thing people should take note of is that the building is situated on a hillside, so expect a small hike to get there if you are coming from the beach. We are a fit/athletic family, so to me, it was a bonus (i.e. free to eat more gelato), but overweight people and/or people with mobility issues may want to take this into consideration. Highly recommend. We will be back.

Beautiful property

Four senior adults (two couples) stayed here and found it to be just right. From the view with wonderful views of the Pacific and birds, to the access to the beach, to the comfort of helpful appliances, to the helpful staff, we enjoyed our short three day stay and would happily stayed longer. The town offers a nice variety of restaurants and shops too. We rented a golf cart that provided easy transport to town and the beach when we preferred--just let the owner know of you intention ahead of time. Would highly recommend for a fantastic vacation.

We stayed at Condo Veneto for three nights. The condo was extremely clean and had everything we needed. The condo is located within walking distance to the beach and downtown Samara but climbing the hill back to the condo does require some stamina. We also really enjoyed the pool.

Actually, we discovered this property by accident. We came to Costa Rica for the first time and decided to stay in this small, enchanting town called Samara. We stayed for a month but also travelled around. This unit was unfinished and available for sale.
It needed a complete renovation which is exactly what I did and I just recently completely the project in June 1017. I really love Samara; it provides an authentic feel to Costa Rica and allows you to relax, decompress but still stay active and thrive with daily activities for the best of both worlds.
