Guest access:
You have full access of one bedroom unit at 2nd floor . This is owner occupied property, the living room on first floor from entrance is private but for accessing upstairs, also have some other private space . Please don't disturb and keep volume as low as possible !

✯This is owner occupied property, located on the 2nd floor, needs climb flight stairs referring in photos.

✯It's street parking: on weekdays, there is 2 hours limit at front and 4 hours on side ,also have 2 streets around are not limited at all , more flexible than other neighborhoods in city .

✯For safety concern : Only registered guests are allowed (any visitor require notice in advance), otherwise take action as trespassing. 24/7 video surveillance at exterior of building and common area.

✯We have a strict no smoking, no party and quiet hours (9pm-7am) policy. Failure to adhere to those policies will result a fine, and the possible cancelation of your stay without a refund or eviction. More details please referring our house rules .

✦Laundry: stacked dryer and washer is shared at common space ,please keep tracking the cycle for others's convenience ---Not allowed between our quiet hours (9 pm-7am ) due to the vibration noise !!!

✦Cleanliness: Cleaned and disinfected by the professional cleaning crew to ensure a safe and healthy living environment. This is our top PRIORITY and Confident on our reviews !

✦WIFI : High-speed GB FIOS internet and the laptop work desk make the space work friendly.

✦HVAC system : Newly upgrade and working efficiency , but sharing with third floor, temperature may slightly different. So we set at a fixed average temperature , and sensors in each room for monitoring the temperature .Please reach us if have concerns ,we'll try our best to make comfortable !

✦Respectful: We have quiet, nice and respectful neighbors and they EXPECT the same from us. This place is NOT suitable for party, smokers or people just looking for a place to have FUN
