Was in town for a coaches retreat and I'm glad I rented this unit. The pictures online are a true reflection of the property itself. The place is clean, cozy, and centrally located. To be fully transparent, for me, the bed and pull-out sofa could use a bit of attention. The pillows to the pull-out couch sink when sitting to watch TV. The bed is a sleep number bed and quite frankly it wasn't the best sleep as the bed caves in towards the middle. However, the place in itself deserves 5 stars. Those were simply my personal observations and preference in comfort. Shanina, the host, was pleasant and communicated very quickly whenever I reached out. The place has the essentials to get you going. Grocery stores and other facilities are at about .5 miles in any direction. We didn't rent a car walked most of the time and ordered a ride whenever our distance was more than 3 miles out one way. Overall, I'm highly impressed with the cleanliness and location. I highly recommend this location and will be returning soon - hopefully a better mattress is in place by then.

Wonderful host and apartment

The apartment was wonderful. Very well laid out and functional (as nice as the pictures present). Amenities, service, and helpfulness of the hostess were appreciated. Instructions upon entry were explicit and helpful. The apartment made us immediately feel comfortable.

Coffee was a nice touch and appreciated. Living room couch not very comfortable for a 6’5” man. And the rocking chair was small for me as well. However, good stay and close to hospital.

Philly Shows

The place was very clean and was very welcoming. The check in process was very easy. Because it's an older building remodeled, the air conditioning did not circulate fully to the bedroom and it could get hot at night.

lovely unit

i stayed for five nights in this lovely, sparkling clean unit. The host created a very welcoming environment. The location is very near to the CHOP medical campus and Ronald McDonald House. Walking in the surrounding neighborhood seemed quite safe. I recommend this choice highly.

Well appointed, clean and spacious 1st floor 1 bedroom

This place was beautifully decorated, very clean and welcoming with little touch from the host. He/She was responsive and flexible with the booking. This spacious 1 bedroom apartment is convenient to both UPenn and Drexel Univeristy.

Short Weekend Stay

My son and I enjoyed our stay here very much. The apartment was just as it was described plus owner had many little extra toiletries available if needed. I also really appreciated having some cleaning supplies available if needed. We used Apple Maps to guide us to the location and it took us somewhere about 5 blocks away. Messaged the owner and she immediately responded with additional info and offered to speak with us on the phone. Her directions were spot on and guided us right in. Location was perfect for our visit to Univ. Of Penn.

The property matched up exactly to the description. Very well done. Close to UPenn. Parking is easy to find. Some water main replacement work so roads are dug up in places.

Great stay while visiting daughter at UPenn

We had a great stay! The place was a short walk to U Penn campus. Plenty of shops and restaurants within a 10-minute walk. Very clean, plenty of space for the two of us, and had everything we needed for a perfect stay. Thanks for being a great host!
