Willkommen in unserem Haus im Papakea Resort, einem 13 Hektar großen Resort am Meer mit einem Gefühl von Aloha. Der Komplex besteht aus zwei Flachbauten mit jeweils einem eigenen Poolbereich am Meer, darunter ein Spa, eine überdachte Cabana und mehrere Gasgrills. Das Resort verfügt auch über zwei große Putting Greens, zwei Shuffleboard-Plätze, drei beleuchtete Tennisplätze und eine Reihe von wunderschönen Koiteichen.

Für diejenigen unter Ihnen, die ihre Arbeit einfach nicht hinter sich lassen können, bietet Papakea WLAN-Internetzugang im gesamten Resort. Wenn Sie sich entspannen möchten, befinden sich die Golfplätze von Kapalua und Kaanapali in der Nähe und tolle Strände zum Schnorcheln und Boogie-Boarding sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Darüber hinaus verfügt Papakea über einen eigenen Activity Desk, der von Fachleuten besetzt ist, die Ihnen bei der Planung der großartigen Aktivitäten auf der Insel Maui behilflich sind.

Unsere Wohnung mit Meerblick in der obersten Etage wurde komplett renoviert und umfasst hochwertige Schränke, Fliesen, Farbe, Teppich und Haushaltsgeräte. Es verfügt über 3 Schlafzimmer und 2 Bäder auf 1200 Quadratmetern.

Der Wohnbereich bietet reichlich Sitzgelegenheiten sowie Kabel-TV und einen DVD-Player. Der Esstisch bietet Platz für sechs Personen, mit zusätzlichen Sitzgelegenheiten auf der Veranda mit Meerblick. Die Gourmetküche ist komplett ausgestattet mit Geschirr, Kochutensilien, Spülmaschine, Mikrowelle, Toaster und Kaffeemaschine. Das Gerät hat auch eine eigene Waschmaschine und Trockner.

Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein Pillow-Top-Kingsize-Bett, viel Platz für Kommoden und Schränke sowie einen Flachbildfernseher. Es bietet einen uneingeschränkten Meerblick und ein eigenes Bad. Das Badezimmer verfügt über eine ebenerdige Dusche, einen separaten Waschtisch und einen Haartrockner. Das zweite Schlafzimmer auf der Hauptebene verfügt über ein Queensize-Bett und ein Doppelbett, einen weiteren Fernseher und ein angrenzendes Badezimmer. Das Loft mit Blick auf den Wohnbereich verfügt über ein Queensize-Bett und eine Sitzecke mit einem TV und einem DVD-Player. Großartig für die Kinder! Alle Zimmer verfügen über eine Klimaanlage für die seltenen Tage, an denen die tropische Brise nicht ausreicht.

Amazing Place To Stay!

This property is an absolute gem! Clean, well stocked kitchen, beautiful ocean view, comfy beds, cool air conditioning and a great resort. One of our favorite parts of this VRBO is that we could sit on our balcony and whale watch every morning. If you’re looking to get away from the hustle and bustle, but still experience the Kaanapali area, this is your place. Carol was the best VRBO host you could ever ask for. She’s very knowledgeable and helpful about things to do in the area, and quick to respond to any questions. She also accommodated us with a later check out since we had a late flight time. Thank Carol for an amazing stay at Papakea. We look forward to coming back again soon!

Relaxation and fun for the family

The condo was clean, well stocked with all the essentials including bonus items like beach towels, beach chairs and coolers which we used during our stay! The property was beautiful and the location was fantastic - a short drive to amazing snorkeling and just minutes from a grocery store, and a variety of food options. It was the perfect home base for us to use as we explored the island. We had five in our group, including 3 adult kids. We had plenty of space and beds to comfortably fit us all. And the lanai - WOW! It was stunning to start each morning eating breakfast with that view. We also really appreciated the excellent communications we received by the owner prior and during our stay. Thank you for providing a beautiful spot for us to stay and enjoy Maui!

Tropical magic at Papakea

On our first day, a property owner walked by us and said "don't tell anyone about this place, it's a secret." I get it now. You will love Papakea, and Carol is an excellent, communicative host. We had the best time as a family staying at this condo, and the views really are as shown in photos. The place was so comfortable and well stocked with everything we needed to make our Maui vacation the most memorable one ever.

What a wonderful vacation we had!

My family loved our stay at this beautiful condo! This was our 4th time at Papakea, we love the location and property and cannot say enough about Unit K404 and working with Carol. The views are spectacular and everything about this condo was perfect. First of all it was immaculate upon check-in. It had everything we could possibly need. The best stocked kitchen we have ever had and loved having an ice maker! Carol is an amazing host! Communication of any kind is immediate. She even offered a late check-out if possible… it was and since our flight wasn’t until 6:15 made our last day in Maui so much better. I would recommend this condo to anyone coming to Maui, it is a magical place!!

Exactly as described!

It's hard to believe such a beautiful place exists, but it does! Papakea K404 is exactly as it looks in photos, and we were happy with our stay! Also it's within walking distance to a grocery store, so that was a bonus!

Wonderful stay at Papakea Resort in Maui

My two friends and I stayed for 6 nights at this lovely property. Carol, the owner was so easy to work with, and assisted with getting us early access to the condo which was much appreciated. The kitchen was well-stocked and everything was super clean. The front desk staff were very helpful and gave us several excellent restaurant recommendations. The grounds were beautiful, very-well kept. We enjoyed the pool and one night there was a complimentary happy hour. The location could not be beat--so close to the sea--wall, allowing you to watch the waves and experience beautiful sunsets. You could walk in just a few minutes to the next resort, and swim at their beach--plus enjoy delicious drinks at their bar. All in all, it was a wonderful stay--oh, and parking was a breeze! Thank you Carol!

Beautiful week at Papakea

My husband and I invited our four grown children to make family memories on Maui. Carol‘s place was amazing! It’s not easy to gather all of your grown children into one place, but it worked out perfectly with plenty of space for everyone and so much to do within walking distance. Everyone had a wonderful time! Thank you, Carol for such a very clean, very well stocked home. We enjoyed every minute. Especially waking up to the waves and the incredible view. A week that will be etched on my heart.

Beautiful!

First of all, the property was wonderful with a great location! Phenomenal ocean view and right above the pool which was great for my kids. The property manager was very easy to communicate with and extremely helpful. The condo was a good size with plenty of space. Very clean and great water pressure in showers. Walkout to the ocean and just down the road from several beaches, restaurants and stores. Overall very pleased!

Perfect stay

My family and I just spent 10 days in this wonderful condo. Everything was just as listed. The condo was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. The AC in the bedrooms and living area was cold and made our stay very comfortable.The grounds at Papakea are so well manicured and perfect for every families needs. Great views and a great time.

This was our family’s first time in Maui, but it definitely won’t be our last. This location was perfect for us. Lots of fun, water sports, golf, and fine dining all close by. Kanapali beach close by had lots of great activities for the family, including some cliff diving for my more adventurous kid. The views from the deck of this condo are like a postcard, especially at sunset. With a view of the pool, we were also able to watch the kids swim and play shuffleboard. We also played pickleball ball and cornhole all on site. I can’t say enough good things about our time a Papakea. Thanks Carol.

Breathtaking views

My daughter and I truly enjoyed this wonderful property. Everything was so convenient and close we were able to walk to restaurants grocery store and everything that we needed. The view off the balcony and in the master bedroom is truly amazing. We were able to see some whales right off of the balcony. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the unit was stocked very well. We could not have asked for more.

Our Favorite So Far!

We’ve stayed in 7 different condos on Maui so far and this was by far our favorite! It was stocked with everything we needed, had very spacious rooms and great AC, amazing WiFi, and the a heated pool (the kids swam in it every morning and every night because it would glow at night!!) we loved this property and Carol was very quick to respond if we had any questions!

Perfect Family Condo

Our stay was amazing. The location was excellent, close to amazing beaches, restaurants, and the view was AMAZING! The owner was incredible, checking on us, especially when the fires started. She even tried to find us alternate accommodations when we had to be evacuated from front street.

Great Location / Great Unit

We spent 10 days at Papakea resort. Had a great view of the ocean and pool area from our patio. We walked to the nearby beach to watch the sunsets. Beds were comfortable. Unit was super clean. Beach trails and restaurants nearby - within walking distance. Some activities at the resort for the kids (shuffleboard, putt putt golf, pickleball).

We went to Maui on our honeymoon 30 years ago and have gone at least once a year every year since. We always dreamed of having our own home on the island and were lucky enough to find Papakea 20 years ago. Papakea is one of the few remaining resorts on Maui that still maintains the feel of old Hawaii. It's quiet, with beautiful landscaping, plenty of open areas and a magnificent ocean view. We have enjoyed many wonderful vacations here with friends and family over the years.
