The third-floor playroom and loft create a fun hangout space for kids (or anyone young at heart) with a pool table, shuffle board and plenty of space for games!

Step outside and enjoy one of the home's standout features: the beautiful heated outdoor saltwater pool, perfect for summer afternoons and evening gatherings. The private yard offers plenty of room for lawn games, relaxing in the sun, or simply enjoying the peaceful surroundings. The welcoming front porch is another favorite spot to sit back and soak in the coastal air.

This property offers the best of both worlds, privacy and proximity. When the beach calls, hop on a bike or take a quick drive and reach several nearby Narragansett beaches just minutes away. Spend the day exploring Narragansett Pier, known for its restaurants, cafés, ice cream shops, and local boutiques, or take a Block Island ferry trip just down the street for a memorable day on the water.

Pet fee: Pet friendly on a case by case basis (non shedding/hypoallergenic). If approved there will be a $200.00 nonrefundable pet fee per pet, an additional $50.00 cleaning fee per pet.
Cameras/surveillance: Exterior cameras is located outside via a Ring doorbell facing the street. This is there for security/safety reasons only.
Additional amenity charges for summer guests: Professionally laundered bedsheets, bath towels, and light comforters are provided for all occupants. Beds are made only once, prior to arrival (multiple week guests will have linens dropped off starting their 2nd week). Multiple week guests are charged the linen fee per week at a discounted rate. Beach towels are not included. Guests that book 14 nights or greater will be charged an additional $25 cleaning fee. All reservations are subject to a reservation, cleaning and linen fee, and all applicable state and local tax.
