This lovely, spacious house is a short walk to the beach, clean, airy, comfortable and well equipped to meet all needs. Beautiful views from porch and oversized windows facing the ocean. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and plan to return.

Perfect location

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful property. Steps to the beach, comfortable, clean with brand new furnishing. Plenty of room for a large group. Close to Newport for day trips or dinner.

Amazing ocean front property

What a wonderful vacation we had! This property is just steps from the beach, has a private pool, and is a perfect location for getting to the local hot spots in Narragansett. It is beautifully decorated and the perfect layout for large groups - very open. We will most definitely rent here again!

Awesome house in a fantastic location

Great spot next to the beach

We really enjoyed staying here. It is right across the street from the beach. The house is well appointed and they furnish towels and linens through a service which we appreciate. Although there were only 5 of us, it easily sleeps another 3-5 people especially if you have children. They have a bunk room which is really nice for families with young children

Family Celebration

The house was amazing! We loved the neighborhood and its’ location. We were able to go to the beach for short periods of time due to the lttle ones that were with us, But because we were so close to the ocean, we were able to come and go as much as we wanted! I would highly recommend this home!!

All 6 of us loved Jon’s townhome. It is spacious and comfortable. It was the perfect place for us to stay. The 3 bedrooms and 3.5 baths, along with the rooftop patio made our stay very enjoyable. We were able to walk to most places we were planning on going to. We used Uber and Lyft other times. Jon was very accommodating and replied to my questions in a timely manner.

Perfect spot

This property was in the perfect location-walk to beach and pool in the yard. When the little ones napped we were able to sit by the pool. Open concept allowed us to all be together. Views from the deck are breathtaking. Very quiet neighborhood. Hope to go there next year!

Perfect weekend getaway!

This property is absolutely gorgeous and one of the best rentals I have ever stayed in. It is steps from the beach and located in a quiet, relaxed area. The pool and decks are wonderful for evening hang outs. The owner keeps it very clean and updated. Towels and linens are provided, which is a huge benefit. There are also plenty of beds for large groups. I look forward to staying here again for future vacations and for longer than one weekend!

Another great beach vacation

We spent the week with all of our children and grandchildren. We had a great week and enjoyed the house. We were wondering if the grills could be replaced. The back is rotted out on both. Frankly, it’s a little scary. However, we used them successfully and cooked some great meals!
