The Space:

Mornings begin slowly as soft light fills the living space, offering a quiet moment before the day’s plans unfold. You might start with coffee at the dining table or step outside for fresh air by the pool, easing into a rhythm that balances activity and downtime. After exploring nearby parks and attractions, returning here feels easy - a place where everyone can settle in, recharge, and spend time together.



Living spaces

The home opens into a spacious living area designed for shared moments, with comfortable seating and a TV for relaxed evenings. Air conditioning, ceiling fans, and heating help maintain comfort throughout the year, while the open layout allows you to move easily between the living, dining, and kitchen spaces without feeling crowded.



Kitchen & dining

The kitchen provides a dedicated space where you can cook your own meals on your own schedule. With a full kitchen and a dining table nearby, it’s simple to gather for breakfast before heading out or wind down with dinner at the end of the day.



Sleeping arrangements

With four bedrooms arranged across two levels, the layout offers flexibility for families and groups. Downstairs, one bedroom features a king bed. Upstairs, there is a bedroom with a king bed, another with a queen bed, and a final bedroom with two twin bunk beds. Bed linens, extra pillows and blankets, and clothing storage are provided to help everyone settle in comfortably.



Bathrooms & laundry

Three bathrooms are available, along with bathroom essentials for your stay. A washer and dryer are included, making it easy to refresh clothes during longer visits or between activities.



Outdoor living

The outdoor space centers around a private pool, offering a refreshing break from warm Florida days. Outdoor furniture provides a simple setting for quiet moments, whether you’re taking a short pause between outings or unwinding at the end of the evening. Pool heat is available for an additional fee.



Resort access

Your stay includes resort access, giving you the opportunity to enjoy nearby resort facilities such as a water park, lazy river, resort-style pools, fitness center, movie theater, games room, playground, sports courts, and golf facilities within the ChampionsGate community.

Practical touches throughout the home include Wifi, a dedicated workspace, and a private entrance with self check-in via smart lock. The home also includes essentials, a kitchen, washer, dryer, and family-friendly features like a high chair and children’s dinnerware. Free street parking is available.

The surrounding community offers a recreation-rich setting with golf courses and nearby attractions, while still allowing you to return to a calm and comfortable space at the end of the day.

During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home, as well as complimentary access to resort amenities.

ChampionsGate is a gated masterplan community in FL. Enjoy a recreation-rich lifestyle with lavish amenities, including world-class golf courses, and nearby access to Orlando’s theme parks, like Disney World, along with shopping and dining at Posner Park. Plus, travel is a breeze with close by transportation and proximity to both I-4 and 27 freeways.



Play a round of golf or revel in fine-dining at a top-rated restaurant. Regardless of your interests, The Retreat at ChampionsGate promises endless enjoyment for everyone in your family.



Getting Around:

Feel safe and right at home when you enter the resort, which is located within a gated community and secured by a 24-hour security guard.



Up to (2) cars may park in the spaces near the house. Do not block sidewalks, driveways, or park on the grass. Please follow standard parking rules. We are not responsible for towing or fines resulting from parking violations.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $500 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



If you would like to add pool heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guests reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
