Please note that there is no BBQ grill on the property. A BBQ grill and propane tank may be rented and delivered by a local vendor for an additional fee, paid directly to the vendor. If you’re interested, please let me know and I’ll be happy to provide the vendor’s contact information.

Pool Maintenance Notice:

A professional pool technician services the pool once per week for routine maintenance and cleaning. Visits may occur at unannounced times. The technician will access the pool area through the back screened door only.
