Guest access
Guests have private access to detached studio and the lower level space within the main residence, and semi-private access to any exterior space of the property. The pool and spa area is occasionally shared with the owner, but the pool/spa use is private otherwise.

The beach is just a 15–20 minute walk, or a quick drive or bike ride along quiet private roads. With nearby beach access, semi-private pool, expansive deck, yard space, and generous interior areas, families have everything needed to stay entertained and relaxed for hours - without ever needing to head into town.
