Die Design Villa Adria bietet auf 165 m² Wohnfläche ein exklusives Ferienerlebnis für bis zu sechs Personen, eingebettet zwischen dem imposanten Küstengebirge und dem türkisblauen Meer. Die moderne Villa im Bauhausstil erstreckt sich über drei Stockwerke und überzeugt durch vier stilvoll eingerichtete Schlafzimmer, zwei Badezimmer, eine Gästetoilette, ein großzügiges Wohnzimmer und eine offene, voll ausgestattete Küche. Zwei Balkone und eine weitläufige Dachterrasse mit Lounge-Bereich laden zum Entspannen ein, während der private Infinity-Pool mit Sonnenliegen und Sonnenschirmen erfrischende Momente bietet.



Die Villa ist mit Klimaanlage, Heizung, Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, TV (SAT), WLAN, Hi-Fi-Anlage und Fußbodenheizung ausgestattet. Auf den Terrassen stehen Esstische, Loungemöbel, Sonnenliegen und ein Grill für private Nutzung bereit. Das Anwesen verfügt über drei Parkplätze direkt am Objekt. Ein Babybett kann auf Anfrage bereitgestellt werden.



Die Umgebung kombiniert Ruhe und Natur mit der Nähe zur Altstadt von Split und vielfältigen Freizeitmöglichkeiten wie Wassersport, Wandern, Golf, Radfahren, kulturellen Ausflügen und Gastronomie. Lovely villa, Zrinka always answered any questions we had and the place was lovely and clean. she was really kind, brought us wine and beer on arrival as the shops were shut and also shared the amazing cheesecake she made. zrinka gave us some recommendations for dinner and places to go and definitely looked after us during our stay. Only thing was it is a 20-25 minute drive from split but ubers were cheap and easy to get, definitely worth it for the peaceful atmosphere.

Perfect place for a family

Perfect place for a family with grown up children as plenty of space, lovely pool, roof terrace and a bbq. All of us were extremely satisfied with it and had a lovely stay. Zrinka was on hand to help out with any questions, gave good recommendations and even took me to the supermarket to stock up on provisions. Lovely, pleasant lady too and despite her living next door gave us the space and privacy we wanted. Would highly recommend and would stay again. -

The villa is perfectly set out

Zrinka is a wonderful and warm host. The villa is perfectly set out with sophisticated furnishings that overlooks the city of Split that is just 25 mins drive away. Taxis are reasonably priced for visits to SolinSplit and id recommend a visit to the beautiful town of Trogir. Throughout our stay we had the benefit of Zrinka on hand to help us with any queries whilst , at the same time, feeling complete solitude and privacy. Highly recommended.

We absolutely loved staying in this fantastic villa

We absolutely loved staying in this fantastic villa. Zrinka was so lovely and hospitable and it was great to have her next door in case we needed everything. The villa is even better than the pictures and has a gorgeous infinity pool with lots of furniture. The bedrooms are a really good size and there were 2 bathrooms and a downstairs toilet which was great to have. The kitchen was well stocked and there’s a gas BBQ which made it easy to cook every night. There’s a few small supermarkets nearby which are well stocked. We would really recommend this place as it was so lovely and peaceful and would visit again! -

The villa is so lovely inside, the lounge area is huge and has plenty of comfortable seating. The villa had everything we could ever need for a family of 5 adults. We very much enjoyed the outdoor seating area and relaxing around the pool. We especially loved watching the birds on the lawn and seeing them swoop into the pool as well as a visiting tortoise. The location is about 20 mins drive from central Split old town and 25 minutes drive from the airport, ideally situated. Zrinka is very friendly and able to help with anything and a brilliant host. She lives in the other half of the villa so is always on hand.

Perfect place to stay with a group of friends, Zrinka was so friendly and accommodating. The house was really clean and everything we needed, the roof terrace was great for dinners. Only thing to be aware of the garden and Zrinkas garden there is no divide so it sometime doesn’t feel completely private but we had no issues with it. Would definitely go again

The villa is absolutely beautiful

We were a family of 5 adults and our stay was perfect from start to finish. The villa is absolutely beautiful in every way, spotlessly clean, extremely spacious, decorated and furnished to a high standard, and with breathtaking views over Split. Zrinka is a lovely lady with a very big heart. She is so welcoming and attentive but not intrusive in any way. She put in a lot of effort to ensure we had a wonderful stay, giving us reccomendations for restuarants, beaches and places of interest.She kindly served us drinks on our arrival and even made us a tasty local dish during our stay. We hired a car for the whole of our stay and enjoyed exploring the area but we equally loved spending time in the villa and garden, especially the pool and the rooftop terrace. The views from there are amazing and the sunsets are out of this world, beautiful !! Thankyou so much Zrinka for being the perfect host. We all love you..and Shnappy the doggy too ❤️

Stayed here for a long weekend with friends. The location was amazing, beautiful views and super quiet. The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. Zrinka was a perfect host, she was very friendly and went out of their way to make sure we enjoyed our stay, sending regular messages to make sure we didn’t want for anything and even drove us to hospital when one of our party twisted their ankle. I would definitely recommend this place and would love to stay again.

We had a wonderful 10 days at Zrinka’s villa. Zrinka is an amazing host - communication was easy from start to finish and Zrinka is so friendly and approachable, nothing was too much trouble. She also has lots of great recommendations for the local area. The villa was fantastic, the view, the pool, the amenities were better than expected. We hope to return one day.

We had a wonderful stay here!

We had a wonderful stay here! The villa is very clean and everything is in good shape/everything works, and we really enjoyed having such a well equipped kitchen. It’s a 1520 minute drive down to old Split, but as we were mostly spending time at the villa, this was not too far out, and we found the place of good value when shared between 5 of us. The beds were very comfortable and the pool/outdoor eating area are lovely. Zrinka was very responsive and helpful, and helped us to enjoy our stay. The only note we had as a group was that we think that the listing should state a bit more overtly that the villa is a condo- the building that you see pictured is shared with the host. That was a surprise to us and I think we would have preferred a slightly more private setting, but ultimately it wasn’t an issue and we very much enjoyed the stay -

We had the most wonderful and healing time at Zrinka’s place. We loved the clean, spacious and beautifully decorated villa and the amazing view you get from the pool and and rooftop terrace. The kitchen was also very well equipped and the grill outside came in handy for our BBQ! We also loved the location as it’s close enough to Split but without all the hustle and bustle. But the best part of our stay was definitely Zrinka and her family, they are the cutest and accommodating hosts and were helpful and responsive at all times!! We had great chats and spent fun evenings together! We can’t wait to be back next year!
