Lovely apartment in ideal location

This lovely, well equipped apartment is in an excellent, quiet location close to the old town. We did lots of exploring from here and it was a wonderful base to come back to , with comfortable beds, spacious living area, and a nice little garden area to sit in for breakfast.

Perfect Location

Wonderful location, close to old town, but also great cafes on water near this apartment. Apartment was spacious, well equipped, and very relaxing place to sleep.

The perfect appartment

The appartment was very nice with it's little backyard that we used a lot. It's close to the beach which is very nice. Maybe a little far from the old town, atleast if you're with someone with a small disability. But overall a very good stay

Quiet Refuge

We loved the peacefulness of the apartment. The outdoor area was fantastic and we spent most of our at-home time outside. Clean and tidy. Good value for the money.

Super property in a great location

Extremely well maintained and equipped and super clean property. Could not fault it. A well stocked Spar supermarket within 5 mins walk of the property. Easy walk into Split. Great to have some outdoor space. If you prefer not to walk an Uber is only 5 euros into the old town. Would definitely recommend

Great Appartement - Great area

We were 3 nights in this apartment and had a great time. The beach is nearby as well as a supermarket and great restaurant. It’s also possible to walk 20-30 min to Riva. Petar the host was super friendly and always available in case of any questions. The bathroom is small but totally fine. Otherwise the space of the apartment is good. We would come back again.

Quiet location just a few meters from the sea

nice restaurants, parking slot and the sea just a few walking minutes away. Very nice contact and family. Calm Apartment, which we really liked. having breakfast outside was great! It could have been a little cleaner, especially the carpets and decorations needed a cleaning.

Split City Center

Wonderful location! Within walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and historical city center sites. Parking was available adjacent to the property. Recommend renting a small car! Very tight parking spaces and driving. Petar met us personally when we arrived to deliver the apartment's key and instructions. Would stay again!

Everything you need….

Great location, just far enough away from the crowds in summer lovely 20 minute walk into old town split. Ground floor apartment has benefit of garden space for peace and quiet, local bars and restaurants all within 5 to 10 mins and lots of choice, supermarket just around the corner so all the options available. Apartment has all mod cons including a washing machine if you plan an extended stay.

Still as good.

We stayed here 5 years ago and the property is still as good as our previous stay. The patio area has had a solid roof put on which makes it a better area to sit and offers some protection from the sun. We had no problems at all during our stay but I am sure Petar would have solved any straight away. The area is very safe and within easy reach of excellent shops and bars. We can highly recommend the pizza restaurant across the road and down the hill towards the marina. The sushi at the Spar up by the hospital is also excellent and much cheaper than Biberon near the apartment. If we decided another visit to Split we would not hesitate to stay here again.

BOOK THIS PLACE

Do not miss the opportunity to stay at this beautiful apartment! Stayed here with friends and we would walk to the center of town in 20 minutes. Right behind the apartment was an amazing and super inexpensive sandwich shop and just a 5 minute walk away from another amazing restaurant Konoba Barkarola. The apartment was absolutely perfect! Clean, spacious, well-equipped and not even going to mention the picturesque backyard. So much so that my friends and I joked about wanting to buy it for ourselves to live there. 100% would recommend.

Just ok

Not sure why this listing has luxury in the title. It’s acceptable, and I could see if we had kids that it would be great. The shower was teeny tiny (hard to even shave legs) and it was clogged. The towels and bed sheets were starched like crazy! Very scratchy and thin. We chose this over a hotel near the Riva because of the proximity to the nicer beaches. I wish they had beach towels for us as we had to buy some in town at high prices. The patio was nice in the evening.

Brilliant location

Ideally positioned for both Split city centre and the beach. 15 minutes walk into city 5 minutes or less to the beach. Several great restaurants in easy walking distance ranging from pizza bars to Michelin starred. The apartment was quiet, clean and well maintained, we’ve stayed in many self catering places and none have been so well equipped. Usually there is only enough crockery for one serving so the dishwasher is useless but here plenty! The host’s father met us and showed us around then we were able to contact Petar by WhatsApp and he was extremely helpful. The small garden was also delightful, we ate most of our meals there. We didn’t have a car but there is parking nearby. Altogether a great stay.

Home from home

Petar has a lovely home in a very nice area,everything you need is just a few minutes away,from shop essentials to nice caffe bars,restaurants and harbour and beach areas. A 10 to 15 stroll and you are at Diocletian palace and Riva,beautiful area. Netflix and sport on the large smart tv was a big plus as the weather was a bit wild for a few days of our stay but Petar had that covered with an umbrella stand lol. Loved Petar's home and love Croatia,would definitely rent again dates permiting. Also local buses great for getting around and seeing sites.

Fantastic

From meeting Petar on arrival he was absolutely brilliant. My friend left her passport in the taxi and he went out of his way to locate and return. The accommodation was clean and had everything we needed. Comfortable beds and lots of room. The only thing I’d say was needed was a mirror In the bedrooms by the plug socket but was not an issue at all. Checking out was easy and the location easily located by the Uber drivers. I would definitely stay here again and the price we paid was very reasonable. Thank you Petar and your Dad. Brilliant girly break 10/10
