Das Haus Fläche von 120 m2 pro Etage, die auf dem Anwesen von 2000 m2 befindet, ist für einen luxuriösen Aufenthalt für 8 Personen ausgelegt.
Es gibt drei Schlafzimmer, jedes mit einem Doppelbett, Klimaanlage, Schrank und Schrank. Zwei luxuriöse Badezimmer, eines mit Badewanne und das andere mit Dusche und Waschmaschine.
Gäste haben einen herrlichen Meerblick von der Terrasse, die den privaten beheizten Pool und die heiße Röhre um den Pool herum umgibt.
Die 50 m2 Wohnzimmer mit der Küche verbunden und gut eingerichteten Speisesaal enthält alle notwendigen Küchengeräte.
Vom Wohn- oder Esszimmer gibt es einen Ausgang auf die Terrasse rund um das Haus, das auf die Terrasse rund um den Pool angeschlossen ist.
Für Spaß, im Garten und auf der Terrasse rund um den Pool bieten wir Außen Fitness, Darts, Kindertrampolin, Tischtennis und Schaukeln.
Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend, die vollständige Ruhe ohne Lärm oder Störungen von der Nachbarschaft garantiert. Das Haus ist von einem schönen Garten mit Olivenbäumen, Orangen- und Zitronenbäumen bietet ausgezeichneten Schutz vor Sonne während des Tages umgeben. Es gibt auch einen schönen Rosengarten, Lavendel und anderen mediterranen Pflanzen bietet einen herrlichen Blick und Atmosphäre.
Unsere Gäste können auch den Grill von Olivenbäumen umgeben genießen.
Das Privateigentum rund um das Haus verfügt über einen Parkplatz für 6 Autos.

Gem in Kaštela

This is a wonderful place to stay in Kaštela! Mate is a fantastic host and has really made this villa a home away from home. We had great communication ahead of our stay and Mate was super responsive during our stay. The location is superb, with a beach bar for morning coffee and many restaurants in close proximity to the property. I would recommend staying here with options to explore the local area, and just beyond Split & Trogir. Thank you Mate & family! We hope to be back next year.

Well let me start by telling anyone interested in staying here I highly recommend it.Our host Matte was wonderful and was very attentive too our needs.The property was beautiful and the house with 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms was clean and so comfortable.Parking available which is important.Beautiful pool and hot tub with plenty of sitting space outside.City of Split about a 25 minute ride and airport about 10 minutes.Thank you Matte for a wonderful stay

Nice and quiet place, very good for families with small children, close to Split but not so crowded like in the city. All kind of shops available in short distance. Very cozy and comfortable place.

Beautiful find! We hope to return!

A truly beautifully presented property. We had a wonderful relaxing stay. The gardens are exquisite and provided plenty of space and tranquility for our young family to enjoy. The pool is a great size and there is plenty of space to choose to sit in the shade or sun! Mate and his family were very welcoming and helpful. Brilliantly located to Split, the airport and Kyke National Park with stunning waterfalls and views. We’ve found a little corner of the world we want to revisit and much to still do we didn’t manage to fit in!

July 2024 week stay

We stayed here for a week in July 2024. The Villa description and photos are accurate. The Villa is highly maintained by the host, Mate and his family. Location is spot on being quiet but within walking reach of very good restaurants, bars and things to do. Split and Trogir are an easy Uber ride away and a must. The host Mate goes the extra mile for his guests as detailed in previous reviews. All in a very good holiday. Thank you.

Fabulous property, great host and great location

The property is exactly as described , spotless clean with everything you can think you need thought off. Really helpful , quick communication a host who couldn’t do more from meeting at the airport to restaurant recommendations, to checking everything was ok. Lovely week stay with family

We all (4 adults and 2 kids) thoroughly enjoyed our one week stay, fantastic pool and pool area, lovely views, great location, helpful host who arranged our airport pickup, a great boat trip to the blue lagoon and other amazing spots, a visit to Krka National Park (stunning, a must visit). Loved the ice cold air-conditioning in all the rooms which was a god send as it was 35-40 degrees every day, we really couldn't fault it, highly recommend.

Perfection place to relax and visit Croatia

We had a great time staying in Kastel. The accommodation was better than the pics could make it. We visited both Trogir and Split and spent a day Island hoping. Mate was a prefect host and took around the local area showing us the best places to eat, drink and were the supermarkets were. I think the villa is prefect for families and we would love to return again.

Gorgeous coastal home, great location

This property had everything our family needed for a fun and relaxing vacation. Home and property were well maintained and provided a beautiful view of the sea. Spacious, light, and airy the kids loved the amenities of pool, mini golf, and trampoline. Property provided easy access to Trogir, Split, and beaches. Mate was helpful in coordinating a boat excursion for us which the family loved. Highly recommended stay.

Wonderful, relaxing stay

We had a wonderful stay in Kastel Kambelovac. The villa is amazing, with great facilities, plenty of space, spotlessly clean and in a perfect location to access the beach and local bars, restaurants and shops. We loved the private pool and made good use of it during our stay. Mate was very helpful throughout the stay, ensuring that we had all the information we needed to enjoy ourselves. well appointed and very clean property

Mate could not have been more helpful. He even took us to the supermarket to get our shopping just after we arrived. The villa is split into 3 apartments. We were on the ground floor and had sole use of the pool (which was a little chilly), hot tub and garden. Everything in the apartment was spotlessly clean and of high quality. If you have mobility problems it might be advisable to hire a car. The nearest bar/restaurant was about 15 minutes walk and the nearest small supermarket was 20/25 mins walk. The house is 2 minutes from the beach. We appreciated the fact that there were plenty of towels and cleaning materials. It is a beautiful property and Mate was on hand for anything we required

Amazing trip

The villa and setting were immaculate, and exceeded our expectations. The location was literally a stones throw away from the beach (3 min walk) and had food shops close by. The villa is located in a lovely town and is also situated between Split and Trogir, which meant we had new places to visit and explore every night. The host, was very helpful and was kind enough to give us a tour of the area when we arrived. I would highly recommend this villa to anyone. I hope to visit again! (4 adults and 4 month old baby)

We had a great time

My party of 6 people had a great time at Mate Lukas house. Mate is a good host showing us around and always ready to help. The property is at least as nice as what you see on the pictures, very clean and spacious. The pool and outdoor facilities are also very clean and inviting. The property is very well located at walking distance from the beach, restaurants and grocery store. All in all, the six of us loved the place. Thank' s Mate.

Nothing short of amazing!

Just returned home after a week in this amazing house. Owner arranged pickup at the airport (but only because we were too many to fit in his car). Took us to supermarket and private city tour on arrival. Everything was as described and in perfect shape. Can’t recommend this house and the hosts enough. For the guys: It is also the most romantic place to propose to your girlfriend. Split has some pretty amazing places that can help you arrange the setup :-)

Perfect family getaway

We spent 10 days at Villa Lukas and we truly enjoyed it. Communicating with Mate was easy and he arranged everything for us what we needed travelling with two small children (cots, high chair and even toys for our son). The grill outside was amazing! grilling fish and meat with olive tree was one of the best thing for us. A few nice restaurants were also a walking distance and a grocery store. Although weather was quite windy in the beginning of October, the jacuzzi in the garden was just perfect. If you are searching a villa ideal for family vacation we highly recommend Mate's place!

Perfect place to stay!

We’ve just come back from a week’s holiday in this beautiful villa. The villa itself is really spacious, modern and clean and the air conditioning throughout was very welcome in the recent heat. The pool and grounds were beautiful and private. We made great use of the pool and also visited the nearby beach for swimming. The villa is in a great location with beach and restaurants within walking distance, great for teenagers to explore by themselves and also an easy drive to Split and Trogir which are both beautiful. The host Mate is wonderful and drove us around the area on our first day to show us the local shops, restaurants etc, organized a boat trip for us and helped us in every way he could while at the same time giving us complete privacy in the villa and grounds. A great time was had by all the family and we didn’t want to leave. Thank you for the wonderful stay.

Great location for exploring Dalmatia!

Superb holiday staying at Villa Lukas. Mate was a fantastic host, even driving us to collect groceries and helping us with unfortunate hospital trip! Nothing was too much hassle for Mate! The Villa itself is a lovely spacious, bottom floor 3 bed apartment with sole use of the pool, hot-tub and grounds! Great location which is literally minutes walk to beaches and local cafes, supermarkets etc. Highlights were a boat trip organised by Mate through a company called sea-runner.net where we had a private day trip to Trogir, the Blue Lagoon and gorgeous Brac! We snorkelled off the boat and had an amazing lunch at a quiet little seaport on Brac coast. Day trip to Krka national park was also a highlight and the stunning Trogir! If you haven’t been go to Croatia and enjoy a stunning place, a great Villa, and fabulous hosts!

What a great holiday!

We arrived in Split early in the morning and Mate was at the airport to greet us. He dropped us off in Trogir for a few hours while the house was being cleaned and took our bags back with him. He even came and picked us up when the house was ready! The house is exactly as the pictures show - 3 lovely great big bedrooms with 2 bathrooms. The whole family fell in love with the couch in the living room. Pool and hot tub we warm and we were in them every day! The beach is a 2 min walk. We went right at the end of the off season so quite a few places were closed - but we had enough open to make a great stay. Highly recommend the local restaurant "Balenta Skola" - really nice food and the wait staff were really welcoming. I have recommended this property to friends and will be back :)

Great place to begin exploring the Dalmatian Coast

We have had a superb family holiday staying at Villa Lukas. Mate was a great host, collecting us from the airport and dropping us off at a supermarket to collect groceries. The Villa itself is a lovely spacious, bottom floor 3 bed apartment with sole use of the pool, hot-tub and grounds! It was immaculate and had everything you needed. Mate and his family live above on the first floor and he and his wife were unobtrusive but always available if required. We saw more of their parent who pottered about the grounds tending to the garden and the recycle area. Kastela is a great location to access Split and Trogir and the villa is literally minutes walk to beaches and local cafes, supermarkets etc. A highlight was a boat trip organised by Mate through a company called sea-runner.net where we had a private day trip to Trogir, the Blue Lagoon and Solta. Gabriel was superb and tailored the trip to our needs and pace. Would highly recommend. Comms with Mate were excellent and he welcomed our parents who joined us mid stay warmly which was really appreciated. Thank you!

Superb accommodation

We were a group of six adults looking for a comfortable villa with private pool in a relatively quiet location and a few restaurants nearby. Villa Lukas was the perfect choice. Mate, our host, was helpful in organising our airport transfer and we were extremely appreciative of his kind offer of a supermarket run so we could stock up on essential items for our stay. We did a mixture of eating out and self cartering, so further trips were made to the supermarket on foot as it was only a 10 minute stroll to the nearest one. The kitchen was well stocked with all the necessary crockery and utensils. Accomodation has an excellent layout with three good sized double bedrooms and a large open social living room/kitchen dinner. The pool area was also excellent with enough comfortable sun beds for all of us plus two outside eating areas. The icing on the cake was the use of a large six seater hot tub, perfect for an evening in to just chill out. We hired a car for a couple of days to explore the local area and would recommend a trip to Krka national park and also Split marina for a stroll around the old town area which has beautiful buildings and quaint alleyways. Plenty of restaurants, bars and cafes to choose from. All in all, a wonderful holiday at a great location and superb host. Thanks Mate

Beautiful villa in stunning location

Myself and 5 other (50 something) females stayed at Villa Lukas the first week in September. From booking the villa through to coming home, Mate the owner and his family were extremely helpful. Nothing was too much trouble, he was happy to arrange for car hire/bikes/taxi if required. Mate arranged to pick us up from the airport on arrival, on the way to the villa he took us on a detour to show us the local facilities, supermarkets, shops, bars etc. At the end of our stay he took us back to the airport On day of arrival he gave us a while to settle in and then took us to a large supermarket so that we could stock up for the week There is a bakery and small supermarkets within about 5 minutes walking distance The villa and the view are amazing, the pictures on the website do not really do it justice. There is a small pebble beach literally round the corner with many others along the way We would highly recommend the restaurant Baletna Skola which is a very short walking distance away, we ate here on several evenings working our way through the varied menu We would also highly recommend the restaurant Stalla (about 20 minutes walk away- passing by several bars on the way) The villa is situated half way between Split and Trogir, both definite musts for visits whilst there. You will either need a car to visit these two places, or we would highly recommend our taxi driver Antonio (+385 95 514 7525) who was only ever "15 minutes" away when we called him. He also took us for a day trip to KRKA National Park (another must see - approx. 1 hr drive away) which cost us approx. £250 Kuna for the six of us - Mate and his family live above the villa and they were always on hand if we needed anything or required information etc. but never intrusive. The pool is wonderful with a beautiful relaxing view of the sea and islands We would totally recommend a stay at Villa Lukas for family or friends who wish for a relaxing holiday and hospitable owner. Toller Urlaub

Das Haus, der Pool und Garten waren in einem einwandfreien und sauberen Zustand. Alles was in der Anzeige versprochen wurde, wurde eingehalten. Ausserdem gibt es in jedem Zimmer eine eigene Klimaanlage. Mate nahm sich auch Zeit uns die Umgebung zu zeigen und uns ein paar gute Tipps zu geben. Wir, 6 Erwachsene und 2 Jugendliche haben unsere Zei bei Mate sehr genossen. Obwohl er mit seiner Familie in dieser Woche selbst Urlaub machte war er jederzeit erreichbar und wir hatten eine tolle Kommunikation. Thank you Lukas for this perfect Holiday.
