This apartment was created for you to relax, read, write, or create content. Located on the 2nd level of the historic Madisonian building in downtown Winterset.
Walkable to coffee, restaurants and shopping. Drive-able to everything Madison County has to offer including the famous covered Bridges.
You can pre-order charcuterie to have waiting in the fridge from tenant below (ask host for a link.) Coffee included (Keurig) during your stay or an adorable coffee shop is 3 doors down.
The space
The space is quite large for a one bedroom/one bath loft. There is a large office with a writing desk, small conference table, smart TV, 8x4 foot wipe board and ring lights.
The kitchen is fully equipped and features a Keurig coffee maker. The island sits in front of a black and white positive message graffiti wall. Fun for social media or your zoom meetings.
Guest Netflix account included.
Must be able to do stairs.
Parking on the street should be readily available during your stay.
THERE IS NO OUTDOOR SPACE yet the town square offers lots of open air space and benches.
You have full access to the 2nd floor of this historic building.
