Oceanfront Hilton Head Villa | Salt & Sunrise

Welcome to Salt & Sunrise, where breathtaking ocean sunrises and salty air set the tone for your stay. This private villa inside a resort offers the best of both worlds: secluded retreat with easy access to pools, restaurants, and more. Perfect for couples, friends, or small families, it comfortably sleeps 4 and blends elevated style with calming ease. King Purple mattress, sleeper sofa, full kitchen, spa bath, Smart TVs, WiFi, and a private balcony overlooking the dunes and sea.

You’ll enjoy the home entirely to yourselves with easy, self-guided arrival. Your stay includes one parking pass. Upon arrival, you’ll pick up your dashboard gate pass at the resort’s Front Desk inside the Convention Center. If you’ll be bringing more than one vehicle, additional passes are available for an added cost. Please reach out to your host to arrange!

Once through the gate, you’ll head to Admirals Row — one of the resort’s most desirable oceanfront buildings, featuring a private pool exclusively for Admirals Row guests. There is plenty of parking surrounding the villa, and the villa is accessible via both a small staircase OR a ramp/incline entrance. You’ll use a personalized door code that we provide to access the unit.

You’ll receive clear arrival instructions via text or email before check-in. We’re always available by message during your stay — responsive when you need us, and respectfully hands-off when you don’t.

Salt & Sunrise sits along the relaxed, beachfront stretch of Folly Field on Hilton Head Island — a favorite for morning walks, gentle tides, and an easygoing Lowcountry pace. The Hilton Head Island Beach & Tennis Resort offers direct beach access, multiple pools, tennis and pickleball courts, on-site bike rentals, and casual dining just steps from the condo.

One of the island’s best perks is its scenic bike path system, and from the resort you can bike along shaded trails to local favorites like Nala’s Beach for a laid-back meal or Adventure Cove Mini Golf & Arcade for a fun afternoon close to home — no car required.

For a great waterfront dining vibe, Benny’s Coastal Kitchen is a nearby standout, known for fresh seafood, creative cocktails, and sunset views over Skull Creek. Or for more of a family-friendly option, you might try out Skull Creek Boathouse (your kids will love their attached playground!) At The Resort...
Two Pools:
- The main Hilton Head Island Beach & Tennis Resort is the largest waterfront pool in Hilton Head.
- For a more relaxed pool day, the Admirals Row pool is a second (quieter) option.

Activities & Entertainment:
- Tennis & Pickle Ball Courts are available for your playing right here at the resort. Just steps away from the villa, you’ll find the USTA-certified tennis facility and everything you need for an unforgettable game experience—whether it’s competitive matches, casual drop-in play, or professional lessons. Just call the pro shop for details on how to play or rent gear.
- The Playground is loved by all kids and offers a wide variety of exciting and engaging activities. The playground features several climbing structures, multiple slides, swing sets, a digger, seesaw, rocking dinosaur and more!
- A Basketball Half Court is conveniently located between to the Tennis Pro Shop and Playground Area.
- The Indoor Fitness Center offers a well-equipped, private gym environment. The center is fully air-conditioned for comfort and is open daily from 8 AM until 5 PM, with professional staff on hand to assist you with any questions or guidance needed. For added convenience and security, a swipe card is required to enter, which you can easily pick up at the front desk. Please note that swipe cards must be purchased for a $20 deposit. Deposit is returned when swipe card is returned!
- Grills (charcoal), Picnic Tables, and More are available for your use. For families looking to spend quality time together, there are charcoal grills and picnic tables conveniently located throughout the resort. These picnic areas provide the perfect spot for a family gathering, whether it’s for a casual meal or a special occasion.
- Bike & Beach Gear Rentals are available at "The Stand" in the front of the resort. This is your on-property source for bike rentals and more! The Stand has bikes in sizes for all members of your family, tag alongs, and kids trailers. They also have beach games, chairs, and umbrellas to better enjoy your vacation.
- A Beach Volleyball Court, Shuffle Ball Court, and World Trail Outdoor Gym are all waiting for you right next to the resort's main pool area.

CocoNutz always shows all your favorite college and professional sports on our 23 HD TVs including our dual projector wall of sports, making us the destination for everyone from the casual sports fan to the die-hard fanatic! Pool tables, dart boards, and a host of other games and nightly promotions make CocoNutz a great place to go to unwind and let loose after a day at the beach or in meetings. - Jamaica Joez Beach Bar: On the beachfront, Jamaica Joe’z serves up a casual menu of burgers, sandwiches and a light bar fare and your favorite tropical beverage. At Jamaica Joe’z you can listen to live local music on the best pool deck on the island, meet up with friends and simply enjoy a casual setting that is the essence of beach life. Serving all your favorite beverages and a light fare menu.
- Gatorz Coffee Shop: Open daily from 7:30 am to 11:30 am, Gator’z is your go-to spot for a perfect morning pick-me-up. Whether you crave a freshly brewed coffee, a creamy latte, or a tasty muffin, our diverse menu has something for everyone. Enjoy the convenience of grabbing a delicious breakfast sandwich or a gourmet charcuterie box right on-site before heading out for your day’s adventures.

Useful Amenities:
Laundry Rooms: One of the perks of Admirals Row is that our building has 2 laundry rooms, found on the 2nd & 4th floors. The machines are coin operated. If you don’t have any quarters, you can purchase them at the lobby or in the pro shop!

Hilton Head Island is easy to explore by car or bike. Guests typically arrive by car, and parking is available on-site. The island is well known for its scenic bike paths, which connect the resort to nearby beaches, restaurants, and attractions — biking is a popular and enjoyable way to get around.

For those without a car, the island’s seasonal trolley service, The Breeze, offers routes to popular areas like Coligny Plaza and Harbour Town. Uber and Lyft are also available, along with local taxis. Hilton Head Island Airport is an 8 minute drive from the resort, and Savannah/Hilton Head International Airport is approximately a one-hour drive.

After booking, we'll send you more information to help make planning your visit to Hilton Head Island a breeze.

If you plan on driving a car for your visit, you'll be given one free parking pass for Hilton Head Island Beach & Tennis Resort. If you will have more than one vehicle during your stay, no problem! Just be sure to let us know before your arrival so that we can help you coordinate an additional parking pass with the resort (this comes at an extra fee -- feel free to inquire for more details).

Please Note, House Rules:
- Always reach out to me with any issues or concerns (I want to make your stay a 5 star experience!)
- Parking decals must always be visible when parking at the resort.
- No pets (per resort rules).
- Quiet hours are between 10:00 pm & 7:00 am (per Hilton Head, SC).
- Garbage must be properly disposed of in dumpsters (conveniently located in all resort parking lots). Trash cannot be left on the balcony or in the outside hallway.
- No smoking or open flames of any kind.
- Please refrain from leaving the patio sliding door open for extended periods of time.
- Avoid hanging towels or other items over the balcony railing.
- Don’t flush anything down the toilet other than toilet paper.
