Arrival Experience:
As a guest of our privately owned unit, you will be warmly welcomed by the friendly front desk staff at the main lodge upon arrival. The team will assist with check-in, luggage, and valet parking to ensure your arrival is as seamless and enjoyable as possible.
Please note that lodge pool access is seasonal. We recommend checking in advance to confirm availability during your stay dates.

Check-Out: 11:00 AM
Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to approval and not guaranteed. Please send us a message in advance to request this.


Pet Policy:
We welcome your furry family members with a few simple guidelines to ensure a comfortable stay for everyone.

Pet fee of $75 per stay applies — please let us know in advance if you are bringing a pet
Pets are not permitted on the furniture at any time
Please clean up any mess made inside the unit and immediately alert housekeeping of any areas requiring attention
If pet hair or damage is found on furniture, an additional cleaning fee of $100 will apply


Guest Portal and Property Protection:
Once your reservation is confirmed, you will receive a message with a link to your secure and private Guest Portal. This portal is unique to your booking and is where you will complete your pre-check-in, review important stay details, and receive your door access code prior to arrival.
As part of this process, guests are required to choose between a non-refundable damage waiver covering accidental damages up to a set limit, or a fully refundable security deposit held and released after checkout if no damage occurs. This step must be completed before check-in instructions and property access are provided. Full terms and details will be available within the Guest Portal.
