The house is beautiful and cozy, located in a very beautiful and quiet place with stunning nature and very few neighbors. The nature was stunning. There's a small forest right behind the house, and immediately beyond that is a small mountain river. It's really great to sit in a hot tub and look at the winter forest. But the cleaner delayed our check-in by 1 hour and 40 minutes because she hadn't finished cleaning the house. We had to wait until cleaner finished and left.However, the cleaning was still substandard: there were food items left in the freezer from previous guests, a towel was left in the dryer, there were greasy stains on the bar stools, and greasy stains on the cabinet above the range hood over the stove. There was dust and hair on the baseboards in some places. Upon arrival, I had to clear the snow from the front and back patios myself because no one had cleared the snow, and in some places it had already started to turn into ice, making it dangerous to walk. Especially near hot tub.But the most upsetting thing was that the owners gave us the wrong code for the front door.The day after we arrived, we went for a short trip to the lake. When we returned, we couldn't open the door to our house because the code was incorrect. After half an hour, we managed to contact the owners, who gave us a different code so we could open the door. We were very lucky that it was daytime. If it had been at night, I don't know what we would have had to do
