Whether you're visiting for a convention, sporting event, hospital stay, or family getaway, this home was designed to give everyone room to spread out while still enjoying time together.
Let’s start with the standout feature — the king suites.
The primary suite is located on the third floor and truly feels like a private retreat. It features a plush king bed with a 12-inch memory foam mattress, a Smart TV, and a private ensuite full bathroom. After a long day exploring the city, this peaceful top-floor space offers the perfect place to recharge.
On the first floor, you’ll find the second king bedroom. This inviting space also features a comfortable king bed with a warm and relaxing atmosphere that makes winding down effortless.
Also located on the first floor is one of the most spacious and versatile bedrooms in the home. This room includes two queen beds plus a bunk bed with two full beds, making it ideal for larger families or groups traveling together. Even better, it includes a private ensuite full bathroom for added convenience and privacy.
Now let’s head to the heart of the home — the second floor. This is where everyone naturally gathers. The open-concept layout features a beautifully designed living room with a massive 75-inch Smart TV and a stunning electric fireplace feature wall that creates a cozy yet modern vibe. The dining area offers generous seating so your entire group can enjoy meals together. The fully stocked kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook at home, from cookware and utensils to small appliances and complimentary coffee to start your mornings right. A convenient half bathroom is also located on this level.
Tucked on this floor is the fourth bedroom, featuring a comfortable queen bed, offering a quiet and private sleeping space while still being close to the main living area.
Back upstairs on the third floor, you’ll find the fifth bedroom with a bunk bed featuring two Twin XL beds — perfect for kids, teens, or additional guests who want their own space.

Multiple Smart TVs throughout the home (up to 75 inches) ensure everyone can stream their favorite shows or catch the big game. Guest Access:
Guests have full private access to the entire home, including the attached two-car garage and outdoor patio. The property is not shared with other guests.

You’re also close to the scenic Canal Walk, Indianapolis Zoo, Indiana State Museum, Bottleworks District, and several major hospitals. Whether you're here for business, sports, or exploring the city, this location keeps you close to everything while still offering a comfortable place to unwind.
Other Things to Note:
While we allow up to 17 guests, it is up to the group to decide if their group size will fit comfortably. Please read and understand the layout of the house.
PLEASE PROVIDE AN AFFIRMATIVE RESPONSE TO THE FOLLOWING:
• Underage teenagers trying to throw a party is not allowed. I will show up with the police and press charges. ($500 fine)
• NO smoking inside the house or garage. Smoking outside is completely ok. ($500 fine)
• NO use of firearms or fireworks on the premises. ($500 fine)
• All damage will be considered intentional/reckless if not reported via email/messenger or phone.
• Pets Allowed for a Fee
•A determination will be made as to whether any damage was intentional/reckless or accidental. Guests will accept responsibility for any non-accidental issues and will be charged for compensation. Shit happens and we are not here to nickel and dime you. This is meant for reckless activity.
• No bookings for guest under the age of 25
• You are limited to the number of guests on the reservation plus 2. If you would like more just confirm first.
• Unless receiving prior approval, check-in , and check-out must be followed for cleaning, maintenance, and other bookings. ($40/hour fine)

Please follow these checkout instructions to ensure a smooth transition for our next guests.
1. Beds - Please strip all used beds or leave them unmade. If you choose to strip the bed, place the sheets on the mattress or in the laundry basket (if provided).
2. Dishes - Ensure all dishes are washed. Running the dishwasher is perfectly acceptable; just make sure to remove any food from the dishes before starting it.
3. Trash - Gather and throw away all trash. Extra trash bags are located at the bottom of the trash can. Please leave any large boxes that are too big for the chute in the unit.
4. Refrigerator - Dispose of any leftover food in the refrigerator. Our cleaners will take any unopened food, beer, or water.
5. Towels (Optional but Appreciated) - If possible, please start a load of used towels in the washer. Use bleach and laundry detergent and run the washer on hot. ONLY WASH WHITE TOWELS, NOT the black make up towels.
6. Early Checkout - If you check out early, please send us a message so we can send our cleaners over. We will also send a message tomorrow; if you will be there until checkout time, feel free to ignore it.
