We were surprised by several of the concerns raised, particularly as no issues regarding cleanliness were reported upon arrival, which would have allowed us the opportunity to address them immediately during your stay. Our cleaning team follows a detailed turnover process between guests, and we are reviewing the photos and feedback provided with them. Regarding the smoke detectors, we appreciate you bringing the garage detector to our attention during your stay. Guest safety is extremely important to us, and we addressed the issue as quickly as possible. The property is equipped with smoke and carbon monoxide detectors in accordance with local requirements. While we welcome constructive feedback, it is also important to note that our property rules prohibit unregistered pets and unauthorized parties. Following checkout, our team spent significant additional time addressing cleaning and restoration needs beyond our standard turnover process.
