BEDROOMS
This home has 6 bedrooms and can accommodate 18 guests comfortably. 3 king beds, 4 queen beds, 2 full beds, and 2 pull-out couches in the living room.

Bedroom 1 - Enjoys the spacious luxury of the primary bedroom, featuring a king bed, smart tv, sitting area, full body mirror, desk space, massive closet, and a full bath with jacuzzi.

Bedroom 2 - The yellow bedroom features a king size bed, two closets of clothing storage space, a fun swinging, cushioned chair with a view, full body mirror, and lovely artwork.

Bedroom 3 - Indulge in the bright and exciting layout of the coral bedroom with views of the lagoon. It has expansive wallpaper and beautiful artwork. The room comes with a king bed, closet space for clothing storage, a smart tv, and full body mirror.

Bedroom 4 - The green room combines magical views of the lagoon with a spacious and modern feel. It has two queen beds, tall ceilings, closet space, a full body mirror, personal dimmer sconces, and a private full bath.

Bedroom 5 - The blue room boasts a queen over queen bunk, two closets for storage, a reading nook, full body mirror, personal adjustable sconces, and the entire room is painted blue!

Bedroom 6 - This colorful and whimsical room enjoys two full beds, two closets, striped wallpaper desk space, ample lighting, and a full body mirror.

BATHROOMS
You`ll find 3.5 clean and fully stocked bathrooms with bright lighting, large mirrors, and hotel-grade towels in this home. One half bath, two showers with tubs, and the primary bedroom`s walk-in shower with detached jacuzzi. All showers are equipped with high-end shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

KITCHEN & COFFEE BAR
Prepare a decadent and lavish meal or a quick bite to eat in the fully stocked kitchen. Enjoy modern appliances, a convenient island counter, fully stocked utensil drawers, and all of the kitchen gadgets one could need to be as adventurous and creative as they want to be in a kitchen!

The coffee bar is stocked with a Keurig machine and a top of the line Breville Latte machine. There are over 30 coffee mugs and endless options to prepare a tasty morning energy boost! This room comes with two cozy chairs that bask in a room with natural light coming from all directions!

LIVING ROOM & EVENT ROOM
The living room hosts two cozy couches the pull out into full beds and two swivel, accent chairs. The 65 inch Roku smart tv is the anchor of the room with an adorable fire place below decorated with candles. Local art work, mirrors, and plants fill the space to make it feel like you have stepped into a true home away from home. The side board is completely filled with board games and card games ranging from the wholesome to the outrageous! Guaranteed to bring excitement to any event or group evening!

Through the sliding doors of the living room is the versatile and unique bar and vanity room. This room offers four spaces with swivel chairs and individual mirrors to get ready for an evening out on the town or on the beach! Paired perfectly with the vanity area is the functional bar, high top, comfy chairs, and a neon sign. The room can dynamically seat ten people in and exciting atmosphere without losing any of the conversation.

GAME ROOM
Immerse yourself in this one-of-a-kind lounge offering a striking contrast to the home`s bright coastal aesthetic, delivering a moody, color-drenched retreat designed for entertainment. Wrapped in deep green tones with gold accents and velvet floor-to-ceiling curtains, the space evokes the feel of a private club or upscale game room. Guests can enjoy a full line-up of entertainment including a pool table, shuffleboard with mini-bowling, Pac-Man and Golden Tee arcade games, a 65 inch smart tv, all surrounded by leather seating and neon lighting.

OUTDOOR & POOL
The backyard is designed as a private outdoor retreat, centered around a brand white fiberglass pool with an integrated spa and expansive stone and concrete decking that creates a true resort-style setting. A pergola strung with warm cafe lights anchor the space, with a comfortable outdoor sofa, grill station and cooler nearby making it perfect for relaxing afternoons and evening gatherings.
Guests can dine together at the large 16-person table on the deck, lounge poolside on 6 sun loungers, or unwind around the fire pit surrounded by classic Adirondack seating. With lawn games like cornhole and ladder toss and peaceful views of the lagoon`s birds and wildlife just beyond the yard, the entire space blends recreation, comfort, and natural beauty.

Guests will have access to everywhere in the home except for the 6th bedroom attic access which will remain deadbolted, and the two designated cleaners closets on the first floor. These small closets will have locks on them.

Make yourself at home; your host is just a phone call or text away if you have any questions or want recommendations for things nearby. There is a keypad on the front door for easy and secure access to the home.

Parties that are excessively disruptive will be shut down, and possibly be threatened by civil prosecution. If you are unsure if your group fits this description, please reach out to ask.

Several days prior to check-in, you will receive instructions to help the process go as smooth as possible.

Please note that smoking of any kind is forbidden inside of the home. Violations will result in a minimum fine of $1,000

Pets are not allowed on the premises. Service animals are permitted if notified before hand, but different rules may apply.
BASIC RULES
When staying at the property, we ask that all guests follow a few basic rules.

- No pets
- No smoking
- No parties

If you believe there will be extra individuals exceeding the maximum, please confirm with your host beforehand. There will be extra cost per guest exceeding the maximum. Failure to disclose this information will result in a fine of $500 or more.


TRASH PICK UP
Trash and recycling pick up is on Wednesday mornings. If you are staying at the property on Tuesday we do ask that you take the bins to the curb for Wednesday morning pick up. If you see the bins on the curb after noon on Wednesday, please bring the bins up to the side of the house.

DECORATIONS
Please do not put tape on the walls themselves for decorations because it will peel the paint, and please don`t not put any holes in the walls or in the trim to hang items.

POOL CLEANING
Cleanings are done twice a week, once before guest check-in and the other is done buy `Patriot Pool`s` normal Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday. Any pool maintenance people coming to the property will come through the side gate work solely in the back yard. If you have a preference for pool lighting, please contact your host.

NOISE LEVEL
The neighborhood that the property is located has many families with young children. We ask that you please be mindful of noise levels when outside. If the property receives too many noise complaints, the city government has a right to shutdown the property as a rental.

Due to this rule, a noise sensor is installed on the deck to monitor the noise levels after 10:00pm. If noise levels get to high you will receive a message to please bring the noise down. If it happens again, you will receive another message informing you that if noise levels are too high for a third time, there will be fines or other penalties. Upon a third time, fines or other penalties will be enforced.

CLEANING
A cleaning fee is charged to all groups for the purpose of paying a cleaning service to arrive upon your departure. It is not necessary to strip sheets, load the dishwasher, wipe anything down, etc. All we ask is you do your best to clean up whatever trash is left over from your stay, and respect the property.

Damages and excessive trash build up may result in a fine.
