Welcome to our newly renovated, modern two-bedroom, one-bath retreat—the perfect half of a duplex right in the heart of the Short North. Situated just seconds away from High Street, you are truly steps from everything Columbus has to offer, including award-winning restaurants, vibrant bars, unique coffee shops, bakeries, and boutiques. This centrally located apartment is ideal for weekend getaways with friends or family, business travel, or individuals visiting for events at OSU, the Convention Center, or the Arena District, all of which are easily accessible via major highways. Enjoy the energy of the Short North right outside your door! Please note that our proximity to High Street means the area can get fairly loud and lively on weekend nights. We have provided sound machines but like to let guests know what to expect.
To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for everyone, we ask that you please respect the following house rules:

Quiet Hours: 10:00PM to 7:00AM daily. To ensure a peaceful and restful stay for all guests and our neighbors, we ask that you please keep noise to a minimum during quiet hours. This includes avoiding loud music, yelling, and disruptive conversation. Quiet hours are strictly enforced, and repeated or egregious violations may result in the immediate cancellation of your reservation without a refund.
No Smoking Inside: Smoking or vaping of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the property.
No Parties or Events: We have a strict no-party policy to ensure the comfort of our neighbors and guests.
Pets: We are happy to welcome one pet to accompany you on your stay. Please ensure you clean up after your pet both inside and outside the property.
Parking: Please park your vehicle only in the designated parking marked with PK Signature Stays #47.
Respect Thy Neighbor: Please be considerate of our neighbors by avoiding excessive noise and disruptive behavior.
Trash Disposal: Please place all trash in the designated garbage bins.
