Thank you for sharing your feedback! We’re happy to hear that you had a great stay overall, and we truly appreciate the details you’ve provided. We sincerely apologize for the strong cleaning agent smell and the impact it had on your allergies. Moving forward, we’ll be sure to adjust our cleaning products to ensure a more neutral and allergy-friendly environment for our guests. Your comfort is a priority for us, and we’ll take immediate action on this! Regarding the water pressure and the dryer, we understand how these can be less than ideal, especially in an older building. We’ll make sure to have maintenance take a closer look to improve those areas for future guests. Thank you for your understanding! We also appreciate you bringing up these details, as it helps us continue to improve and offer the best experience possible. We hope to welcome you back again soon and provide you with an even better stay next time. If you need anything else or have further suggestions, please don’t hesitate to reach out. Your feedback is invaluable to us!
