Located just steps from Ucluelet’s charming shops, cafés, and restaurants and only a short walk to the local grocery store, you won't need a car to experience the action of the town. This building is located right on an active fishing harbour, so you’re sure to be entertained throughout the day with daily visits from eagles, seagulls, sea otters, and—if you’re lucky—even a whale! From the comfort of your private suite, watch fishing boats, sea life and all the action of an active inlet (better than any television program!)

During peak summer season (July-August), 3 night minimum and all bookings must be back-to-back to avoid gaps.
3 night minimum stay for all Canadian Statutory Holidays.
One small dog is allowed under strata rules. No cats allowed - Your dog must be added to the reservation and the pet fee must be paid before you check in.
Strict Quiet Hours: 10pm to 8am - please be respectful of the neighbours and locals!
Cancellation Policy: We offer a 30 day cancellation policy. If you provide us with the 30 days notice you will receive a full refund. If you cancel without the required days notice you will not receive a refund for your reservation.
