Nestled on over an acre of private, forested land, Orca Cabin offers the perfect getaway, blending tranquility with breathtaking views. This charming 400 sq. ft. two-level log cabin is custom designed to capture the best vistas of the inlet and harbor, making it a peaceful oasis surrounded by nature.

The cabin features one cozy bedroom with a queen bed, a loft with two single beds, and a pullout couch in the living room, comfortably accommodating up to 4 guests. The well-equipped kitchen includes all the essentials for preparing your meals, while the heated floors add warmth and comfort throughout the main living area. Step outside to the spacious, covered private deck, perfect for relaxing with a full-size gas BBQ for outdoor cooking.

With heated tile floors, cozy seating, and modern amenities such as cable television and Wi-Fi, Orca Cabin is ideal for unwinding after a day of exploration. This cabin is one of 4 cabins surrounded by over an acre of private property, offering a peaceful, forested setting with stunning views of the mountains, and ocean. Located on the last property before 30 acres of island forest leading to the open ocean toward Barkley Sound.

The property is teeming with wildlife—daily visits from eagles, sea lions, otters, seals, and occasional sightings of killer, humpback, and gray whales. Keep your eyes peeled for the resident deer family that frequently grazes near the cabins.

Orca Cabin is just a short walk to Ucluelet’s town center, kayak tours, fishing charters, and the world-renowned Wild Coast Trail. Whale and wildlife tours are also easily accessible, offering you the chance to immerse yourself in the natural beauty of this stunning region.

Just a heads-up: this unit does not have a washer or dryer. However, there is a local laundromat in town that you’re welcome to use.

Important Notes:
-Orca cabin is one of 4 cabins located on this private property
-Guest limit: 3-4 max. This cozy cabin is ideal for a family of four (2 adults and 2 children) or a group of three adults (no ideal for 4 adults due to limited space).
-Loft Access: The stairs leading to the loft are steep, making them unsuitable for young toddlers without supervision or for those with mobility issues. Additionally, the loft ceiling is low.
-EV Charging: There is a Level 2 Tesla charging station on-site, shared among four cabins.
Laundry: Please be aware that the cabin does not have a washer and dryer. However, a laundromat is conveniently located nearby.
Waterfront Access: While the cabin itself is not directly on the waterfront, there is a small waterfront area just a few steps away where you can enjoy views of wildlife and passing boats. It’s located to the left of the main house.
-Group Bookings: For larger groups, Orca Cabin is situated on an acre of land along with three other cabins—Sitka, Nootka, and Eagle—and the main house where the owners reside. -Together, the cabins can accommodate up to 16 guests. If you’re interested in booking all the cabins for your group, please contact Tofino Vacation Rentals directly.
-Renters agreement must be signed to confirm the reservation
-Dogs: We allow 1 dog. Dogs must be in a crate while left alone at the property. Sorry, not cats allowed!

Cancellation Policy:
A 30-day cancellation notice is required for a full refund.
No Refunds: Cancellations made without the required 30 days notice will not be eligible for a refund.
July to August: A 3-night minimum stay is required, with all bookings arranged consecutively to avoid gaps. 2 night min. outside of July and August
Canadian Statutory Holidays: A minimum stay of 3 nights is mandatory.
Quiet Hours: Strict Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM We ask that you respect our neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum during these hours. Enjoy your stay, but please ensure that outdoor noise is kept low after 10:00 PM.
