Das Dachgeschoss beherbergt das Wohn-, Ess-, Küchen-, WC- und möblierte Golf-Vorderdeck. Sehen Sie fern, schauen Sie ein Video, eine DVD oder entspannen Sie sich einfach und genießen Sie den Meerblick im komfortabel eingerichteten Wohnbereich. Die Küche verfügt über Sitzgelegenheiten für vier Personen und ist mit allen modernen Annehmlichkeiten wie Geschirrspüler, Kühlschrank mit Eismaschine, Mikrowelle und Kaffeemaschine ausgestattet. Speisen Sie am Küchentisch mit Platz für sechs Personen, an der Theke oder auf dem Deck. Dieses Gerät verfügt auch über einen Aufzug, mit dem Gepäck und Lebensmittel bequem transportiert werden können.


Die zweite und dritte Ebene haben Golffront Master-Suiten mit jeweils einem Kingsize-Bett, einem Flachbild-TV und einer privaten Terrasse mit Blick auf den Golf. Das dritte Schlafzimmer befindet sich auf der dritten Ebene und verfügt über ein Queensize-Bett, einen Flachbild-TV und ein Erkerfenster mit Blick auf den Teich. Das vierte Schlafzimmer befindet sich auf der zweiten Ebene und verfügt über zwei Einzelbetten, einen Flachbildfernseher und ein Erkerfenster. Alle vier Schlafzimmer haben ein eigenes Bad in voller Größe.


Auf der ersten Ebene gibt es einen Waschraum mit einer Waschmaschine und einem Trockner in voller Größe sowie eine private Garage mit einem Parkplatz für ein Auto oder ein Boot und Platz in der Einfahrt für ein Auto außerhalb des Garagenbereichs. The doors are all very squeaky which is disruptive when others are asleep. The top rack of the dishwasher is broken and doesn't pull out properly. Overall a great property.

Everything was easy to get to and family friendly. The only disappointment was the refrigerator in the kitchen was out of order and we did not know until the second day after we brought all the groceries to the top floor. A new refrigerator had already been ordered, but not delivered. There was a smaller frig downstairs in the garage but we went without one in the kitchen for the entire week.

The kitchen was well stocked and the furniture was super comfortable. The elevator worked perfectly, which I was nervous about with my 81-year-old mom. Something to note so that you could plan your sleeping arrangements is that the elevator is associated with both the King bed bedrooms (2nd & 3rd floor). No deal breaker, but just something to be aware of. We all had a great time. The bonus was having the garage there to store any outside items we had. Our main problem was the water heater, but the company came out quickly and fixed it. Would highly recommend.

Great vacation spot! Needed some basics

Overall, we had a great trip. We love Cape San Blas and have gone there for decades! The property was clean and just as described. We were disappointed in a number of staples that were missing that we needed. When we arrived, there was no toilet paper in any of the bathrooms. After we ran to the Trading Post to get some, we found a pack under one of the sinks. The first night, we tried to make pasta for 9 people. We were disappointed that there was just a sauce pan, no pot to boil water to make pasta. The next night, we were having Taco Tuesday and again were disappointed there was not a can opener, salt or pepper. Our last miss was the gas grill. It looked like the grill knocked over and the insides were strewn about. We put it back together to find there was no propane in the tank. We read the owners guide which said they would reimburse us to get the propane filled. The Trading Post and the BP station on the Cape were both out of propane… strike three. Overall, it is a great condo, great location and we love the Cape, but was missing several key items that we are used to not thinking twice about. Again, great trip, great condo, but some attention to detail is needed.

We loved having the kitchen, family room, 1/2 bath and balcony on the top floor. Each master had a balcony as well and all had a pretty Gulf view. All furnishings were excellent. The elevator reached each floor and was great for loading and unloading luggage and groceries or riding in when you were too tired to walk the many steps. We decided that taking the steps was an awesome way to exercise...The kids loved the pool and the beach was spectacular!If we have the opportunity to return, this condo would be our first choice.

Once and Last Time will go thru Coastal Joe Vacation Rentals

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Arrived to pick up keys 1 hour (4pm) before their closing only to find 2 packets on the entrance. Picked ours up and followed instructions. It was dark and went and opened door only to find another occupant (thank goodness i wasn't met with a bat or gun since my son-in-law has a long beard and sporting a backwards ball cap). I immediately called the after hours number and we both talked to the guy who answered ( no appology just give me directions). The lady whom came to the door said she thought is was repairman that they were expecting so we exchanged sorrys and I begin following instructions. After another hour still couldn't find unit. Called again following his directions still after another hour of driving. Last call to him and said just give me address so i can put into our navagation. Finally arrived. I've used vbro and airbnb for years and never incountered something even remotely close to this encounter. Will never use Coastal Joe again. The unit itself was well stocked for kitchen items. Never had a problem with elevator if you follow the directions inside the elevator. Since it was in the cooler months only able to go to beach once the whole time there. The whole area is still recovering from last hurricane and winter months have little to offer in dining.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was clean and did not have any funky smells. However, it did had a roach problem. I have several full grown roaches (not palmetto bugs) crawling on the kitchen counter while I made breakfast. Also had a bug crawl on me while sitting in the living room. When I contacted the rental company, the sent someone the next day to spray. However if the house had been on a good maintenance plan, the house shouldn’t have so many roaches. Additionally the mattresses in this place are in desperate need of being replaced. We both woke up with backaches each morning from the saggy mattress. Actually came home early as I couldn’t take another night on that mattress.

Dog Beach Trip

Great location, esp since we were bringing our dog to the beach for the first time. Extra bonus that you can have bonfires at the beach. Generally the house fit the bill, but there were some minor things (towels, no shampoo/soap, digital keypad) that could be improved. There really isn't a desirable view from the condo, but the walk to the beach is short and the beach is fantastic.

Cape Boracay

Nice, clean, fun property! The downside is the 3 flights of stairs - but we made it work! The beach is beautiful and very relaxed. There isn’t much to do on Cape San Blas - so just be prepared. It isn’t commercial at all. We spent our days at the beach, cooked our meals and played games at night. It was very relaxing. This unit needs a few upgrades - as in new, good quality towels. The towels were like cheap hotel towels. For the amount of rent we paid - there should be better quality towels. The other upgrade needed is the internet - the only tv that works consistently is the one on the 4th floor. All in all - we had a really nice visit. The house is very comfortable!

Nice place, but lots of issues

We had a great time and loved the Cape. Overall, the house was nice and mostly comfortable. However, we had a number of issues with both the house and the rental company: - Day 1-2: no hot water for the first 24 hours. Took multiple emails, calls and texts to get ahold of someone. They did get a plumber out to fix it on Easter Sunday. - Day 2: got locked out for over an hour because they gave us a key that didn’t work. - Day 4: leak in shower. Maintenance came out fix promptly, but the guy apparently cut himself and left blood all over the house, which we had to clean up - Day 5: another leak in a different shower this one went away on its own - Day 7: leak from day 4 came back and this time it was spewing water. It even leaked down into the garage ceiling and flooded the first floor. Took multiple calls and two hours for someone to get there to shut the water off. On top of all that, they gave us six bath towels for six people and the sheets in the bed were full of sand (we go to beach often and it has never been that bad). The house itself was nice, location was great. Proximity to the beach was a huge plus. All of the issues individually were no big deal. Together, they consumed a lot of our time and took away from the experience. Recommend asking the homeowner and / or property management company to confirm these issues have been addressed before booking.

great property to just get away from the city life. Property and location is perfect. Not many options for dinner close by, but its a short drive to port st joe. Stop by the store and enjoying staying in. Patio grilling was perfect for the 4th of July!

Great Family Trip

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Rental was very clean and updated. My 3 girls and 2 dogs had an amazing trip. The beach was a close walk, and not very crowded.

Nice but Loud with kiddos

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house was beautiful-nicely decorated and nice that each bedroom had it's own bathroom. That being said we had children with us and it is extremely loud-the stairs are open all the way up so you can hear everything going on above and below you. The living room TV was also awkwardly placed-not really in a position where anyone in any seat in the living room could watch it. Nice access to the beach and beautiful views though.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was beautifully decorated, beds were very comfortable, kitchen lacked for nothing, and the view was stunning!!! This is our 6th year to rent through Coastal Joe and you will find it challenging to find a more friendlier group of people to work with. Can't wait to come back next year!

Lots of fun - Lots of Stairs

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo was clean and decorated very nicely. The beds sleep well. The kitchen needs an upgrade as far as pots, pans and utensils go. We were grateful for the elevator because there are four flights of stairs to reach the kitchen. We would return again!
