Inspired by a boutique Hawaiian resort this 4-bedroom house is in an unpretentious & quaint southern Californian city. It's an ideal Olympic Destination Vacation spot just a short drive to any venue it features a luscious backyard furnished with a full outdoor kitchen with a full-size grill with its own gas line and plenty of refrigeration. A 55" TV is the focal point around the extra-large granite top island. There is also a large outdoor dining table that comfortably seats 12. The pool has a slide, a grotto, & 3 waterfalls! There is also a baja shelf for the kiddos &/or the doggies, a fire pit for smores, and an outdoor bathroom for extra privacy...oh and don't forget the hot tub! Inside guests enjoy a fully furnished chef inspired open kitchen, A living room with a fireplace built for watching movies with the family and a gaming area for all ages. Ooh, let's not forget the billiards room! Stay comfortable with 4 separate zones of AC and take advantage of the FULLY EQUIPPED fitness center. All bedrooms are plushily furnished with fresh linens, plenty of dresser & closet space and a personal TV. The master bathroom has a spa-tub with jets & bubbles and an over-sized shower both fully stocked with spa quality products.
