Tropical Co-habitants: Geckos, harmless insects, and local fauna are a natural part of Hawaii’s delicate ecosystem. While the home is professionally co-managed with regular pest control maintenance, an occasional outdoor bug may wander inside to say hello. Keeping doors closed helps keep them out!

Island Weather & Utilities: The lush green beauty of the Hilo side comes from our beautiful tropical weather. Occasionally, heavy island rains or high winds can cause brief, temporary utility or power interruptions.
